The outside was good with little parking space, the shower drainage was blocked, the watching hand basin was blocked aswell, the toilet was system was damaged and could not flush, very dirty, we have to ask to change room. Which they did the second room that was given the bed was making lot of noise, they never came to clean, it was the worst hotel we have ever booked. I can not recommend anyone.
Nothing, it was only close to the city.

The view
Shower was leaking, causing water to flood the entire bathroom floor, the staff resolution for the problem was to block the shower entrance with two towels and just imagine how they smelled. In 4 days they never changed towels or sheets. The floor was covered in dust, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. The kitchen sink had visible grease stains, which was quite unpleasant and unsanitary. No attention for cleaning, no customer care. Not recommended
Staff were very kind and helpful.
The room was cleaned everyday and houskeepers did a very good job.

A bit far away from the town centre and hotel is located uphill
From the pool, (and some rooms) the hotel has fantastic views of Cesme across to Chios, Greece with natural shade provided by trees. It's a short walk down a hill to the historic centre. The bus to the other side of Cesme is on the doorstep.
Generally, the staff need a touch greater initiative and energy on cleanliness. Rooms should be outfitted with basic supplies. Some knowledge of the area's activities or brochures would be appreciated. The new building behind the old one, which we stayed in, needs thought given to design: what is the purpose of a full-sized dishwasher, but no clothes washer? It would be very easy to boost this hotel's rating to a 10.

- Zimmer garnicht sauber und zu klein
- Bad nur eklig überall Rost, schmutzig und verkalkt.
- Seife stinkt es riecht nicht mal schön
- keine Tagesdecke vorhanden
- für ein Babybett müssten wir extra 250 Lira zahlen
- Waschbecken verstopft, Wasser fliest nicht ab, Föhn kaputt funktioniert nicht!!!
- sogar ein Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht mal geputzt für Klopapier mussten wir Personal ansprechen und für saubere Handtücher genauso
- Personal ok aber der Chef/ Inhaber was auch immer, schaut dich nicht mal an beim reden und hat nicht mal ein lächeln im Gesicht!
- Das Wasser stinkt im Zimmer
- Pool ok
- Man darf kein Essen oder Trinken von draußen mitnehmen, aber haben es trotzdem gemacht, habe ein Kleinkind sorry!!
- Ist nicht empfehlenswert bitte bucht wo anders
- ah und der „Kaffee“ wenn man es Kaffee nennen kann, es hat nur eklig gestunken. selbst 1€ Kaffee beim Lidl schmeckt besser !!!
Nice hotel. The pool is clean and nice with a wonderful view. I recommend it.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful towards our stay we stayed only one night the hotel facilities was in good condition and it was mostly clean had easy access to the marina and town centre so we would recommend the solmaz Hotel
The shower wasn't deep cleaned I assume the reason was there wasn't enough time to clean after the last guest

close to downtown of Cesme, 10 minute walk. since it is located on the hill, it over looks at the city with the pool. you can not get a better place at this rate. And the staff which they are the owners they are very helpful and very nice people.
Bathroom it is small, because of that no shower door, but they clean the room and shower every day very nicely
