Pros:

The breakfast quality wasn't great and the selection was limited. The room had no wardrobe, the bidet wasn't really working, the showers were leaking slightly. The window was very small. The king size bed that you pay extra for is actually two mattresses so the middle cannot be comfortably used
Overall the room was not worth the price.

Extremely disappointing stay

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned — the bedsheets appeared dirty, and there was a very unpleasant odor throughout, reminiscent of sewage. The noise level from the street was unbearable, as the window provided no sound insulation.

When I addressed these issues with the front desk, the staff showed little concern and offered no meaningful assistance or apology.

Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

Pros:

Very convenient for the station, and the single rooms are good value. The locality is rather scruffy and there are few eating options close by. Does the job, but absolutely zero charm.

泊まるだけならまあ、いいかも
朝食が貧弱なのは値段が値段なので文句は言わないけど、Wi-Fiが10分に一回くらい繋がらなくなるのは、信じられない。
この15年間こんな体験無かったのでびっくり。信じられないレベル

Pros:

The rom was clean and well equipped. For our needs, it was simple yet complete.
We had heard of issues about the breakfast, the choice and food was EXCELLENT!

Strangely soulless
Pros:

It was a clean hotel located a short walk from Gare St Charles, but strangely soulless and the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Thankfully there was a Carrrefour supermarket nearby that I used to stock up on snacks to keep in the small fridge in my room. There was also a kettle in the room with a solitary sachet of coffee (and no milk, tea or sugar) which I thought was unnecessarily austere.

Basic but good
Pros:

Excellent location for commuting. Basic room but comfortable. Lovely staff, very helpful. They even helped with mobile charger. Overall good and clean. Great staff.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel avec petit déjeuner. Prêt de gare Saint-Charles où vous pouvez trouver l’autobus qui va à l'aéroport, station de Metro. Bonne marche de 15 mn environ au vieux port où vous pouvez trouver beaucoup de restaurants, magasins, etc. Chambres et salles de bain très propres. Petit réfrigérateur et sèche cheveux. Employés très courtois et serviables.
