The location was ideal - easiest enough to get to places but further out to enjoy the greenery.
The phone in the room didn’t work, the noise from the event went on until 2am but I had no way of contacting reception and therefore paid a lot of money for a room which resulted in minimal sleep. The room we paid for as advertised on the website is not the room we got. Overall, very disappointed.

Hotel is advertised as having very fast broadband WiFi but there was no access to hotel guest WiFi for all 3 days we were there.
The bed in our room was very, very low to the ground so as a very tall 76 year old man this made getting off the bed quite a effort.
No fridge in the room.

The location was fantastic you were surrounded by Oakland which made you feel that you were in the country side

It's a fine building with a nicevterracw,and very good restaurant. Staff are very friendly.

The rooms were clean and well decorated
Unfortunately there was both a wedding and a birthday party on the night of our stay. The music was loud and at 2.40am a resident was outside our door having a very loud argument with a member of staff. It was impossible for us to sleep. We left early at 6am as a result which was a shame

I liked the room size and the bathroom
I didnt like that when i ordered something and it wasnt up to standard and the gnnochi was precooked that i still had to pay for it. They could have offered another dish of the same price. I didnt eat it but i still had to pay 18 pounds for it. This is bad customer service. The staff were fude and arrognant.
