Not the best by far .
Pros:

Communication with the staff was a major problem so the check in was not as smooth as one would wish for. I had a queen size bed with a double size duvet cover. My shower was either scalding hot or very cold. The breakfast that I received was extremely disappointing, my morning coffee was undrinkable. Overall totally unhappy with the accommodation . Could not recommend this to anybody . :-((

Pros:

Just so bad on all levels.
The staff ... I’m not sure the staff actually know what the concept of running a hotel actually means. Pretty sure they hadn’t even heard of Expedia. Which made checking in very difficult. They were on the phone to someone every 2 minutes trying to figure out had to check us in.
The room ... was big and clean. But, nothing worked. The shower didn’t work. The bed covers were single bed size on queen beds. The window wouldn’t shut. Speaking of which, our room was listed as “mountain view” but there certainly was not such a view.
The breakfast ... was terrible..
In short the place looks good but it really is not.
