Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca de playa, de supermercado, micros, banco, etc. El. Dpto tiene lo. Mínimo necesario, no tenia utensilios de cocina suficientes y la limpieza no era muy buena.
Agregaría algunas cosas utiles, como pava eléctrica, licuadora o minipime, tapers, etc..

Ubicacion buena, solo que mucha cucaracha en el lugar
