I enjoyed my stay. The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.
Pros:

The location was very convenient since my business was all in the south of town.

Cons:

It was very busy with tourists. Good for the hotel but I prefer a place that is less busy especially when travelling for business.

Best compliment I can give is that we will return!
Pros:

Comprehensive in all respects…friendly registration to helpful luggage staff…to wonderful room to outstanding restaurant with very nice atmosphere for dinner (try the delicious prawns and avocado cocktail). The breakfast is excellent with freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit, and breads. Speciality coffee bar as well.

Best hotel in town
Pros:

The reception was good, Bhakita, Monicah, Richard, Sylvia and Goretti were so nice and professional. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and the service is top notch. Leonard, Magdalene, Gloria, Oliver and Emmanuel are so nice and professional. At the bar Martha , Jimmy,David were also helpful. In general the hotel is the best in town and I would recommend it.

Tamarind Hotel is a wonderful place where guests can enjoy meals from the restaurant, on the terrace, or beside the pool. Their services are always top-notch—from reception to the restaurant, everything is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly yet highly professional. Incredible experience thanks to the staff
Pros:

Our family highly recommends and appreciates the hardworking, friendly staff. We met so many wonderful men and women who went out of their way to make our experience a memorable one. Evelyn felt like family and Levy, Joseph, Sheila, Madeline, Bartender Jimmy and the entire front house staff were amazing. Great food with all-night service was such a rare treat. We loved celebrating the New Year with staff and their families.

A top notch Kenyan hotel!
