La ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

La habitación en el primer piso daba a un patio interior donde hay maquinas de aire acondicionado y es tan pequeño el hueco que no entra luz.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Walking distance to so many things, the square has a daily farmers market and in the evening turns to restaurants. Very cozy location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I booked their airport transportation and the driver came in to meet me and waited even though customs took a very long time. Highly recommend.

Great location, great staff and very helpful
Pros:

We were in an apartment a minutes walk from the hotel. We felt like we lived there! It was roomy,clean and fit 3 ladies comfortably. The area is great with a market square and plenty of restaurants. We walked to the Vatican. took the golf cart ride the next day and it was outstanding. Definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel was very helpful and responsive even before we arrived by email

Fabulous location and great staff.
Considering its proximity to a bustling square and market it was super quiet and comfortable.
We walked the whole of Rone and Vatican city.
Great roof terrace too!

A lovely hotel!
Pros:

Amazing location! The Campo de Fiori area is a great place to base yourself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and well equipped. Nice size kitchen area with everything you would need.

Cons:

We stayed in one of the apartments in a separate building about a minute away from the hotel. Overall it was fine but there were a few small things that could be improved on.
- only one mirror in the bathroom which can prove difficult when there are several people trying to get ready at once
- it says there are 2 sofa beds in the living area. I assumed they would be sofas which we would turn into beds at night. They were actually just beds. So there was no proper comfortable seating after a long day sightseeing.

Perfect location, great price and service, many restaurants near by.
Pros:

All was great except for the parking situation.

Cons:

not very helpfull on how to get our luggages to the hotel, especially since we cannot enter the piazza in fron of the hotel.
