Location
No air conditioning & no fans available we could not sleep with the heat so had to leave early
Excellent breakfast
As was a very hot spell bedroom was very hot. Could have done with a lighter duvet or a sheet.
Room was very good standard and location was good.
Room was very warm; bedrooms do not have air conditioning/climate control. Had I been aware of this I would not have chosen to stay there given the extra warm weather.
The setting was beautiful
Nothing
Wonderful
Hotel, rooms, views were all beautiful couldn't fault
Sunday dinner wasn't great at all very disappointing but breakfast was lovely
We loved the location and the spa facilities. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
We thought the cooked breakfasts were somewhat overdone as a result of being under heat lamps. We had read that breakfasts were served to order and were expecting something fresher.
The location was good on the bank of the river and close to town.
We had a very nice room with a balcony, (217) however what could have been a great view was completely obscured by two huge fir trees !! Note to hotel maintenance: if a metre or so was trimmed from the low branches of these trees then the view would be somewhat restored.
Also we wanted to use the spa and left our room number and phone details with the gym receptionist as the spa person was on a treatment. However no call was made and time was lost so we missed out on our relaxing spa break. Poor customer service !!
The receptionist was very sharp and unwelcoming
Breakfast was superb, location on the Erne for my fishing was great
Very friendly staff, clean and well laid out room with comfy bed and a selection of pillows (soft firm). Views were amazing, I love the water and watching the boats go by. Location was good and easy to find. Restaurant food was very nice, and good portions, was very full afterwards!
Room was incredibly warm during the night, had to open the window at 3am which meant I could hear the road so overall not a great night's sleep. I had a look for a thermostat, couldn't find it (could have been me being stupid though).
Location by the lake and the Spa.
Nothing to dislike.
Beautiful hotel staff very helpful amazing all round
Everything was amazing
Very good
Location, peaceful unspoilt area. Beautiful views from hotel. Very clean, great service from staff, all staff were polite hard working . Any staff we met were friendly helpful very neat & tidy uniforms.
Food was excellent, fresh, well cooked well presented & good menu available.
Ive stayed a few times before & we will certainly book again & highly recommend to others.
Some of the public tend to hog the outside jaccuzzi however the pool steamroom & sauna werent over crowded so we used those faciities instead.
Everything else was excellent.
Views were amazing staff were nice.
There was silverfish in our bathroom
Location. Relaxing , just taking in the view.
On 2 occasions we asked about eating options in the evening. Told that only option was "a la carte" . So we are out. Later spoke to resident enjoying a light bite menu. Exactly what we'd have wanted, but not offered.
We booked bed and breakfast through booking. com, but later met guests , who , for the same price , were enjoying a dinner, bed and breakfast offer. This should be offered to guests at check in.
Very friendly helpful staff.lovely facilities and spa. Restaurant was lovely food
Had to leave
