Hiding Space - Westgate Apartments is located on Westgate Building between the front of Tesco Express and Stables Restaurant.

Please note that group bookings of 7 people or more are not permitted at this property. If any exception will apply, a security deposit will be required for each apartment, otherwise the booking will be canceled. The pre-authorization of this deposit will be taken three days before arrival.

Please note there is no elevator and access to the apartments are by stairs only.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

A very comfortable stay for my christmas break. Hope to stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff at the end of the phone when I checked in and then followed up by a phone call once in the apartment.
Immaculate and had everything I needed.

Cons:

Would have preferred a lift as the apartment was on the second floor and my case was heavy but that wouldn't put me off staying again.

Spacious and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Bath.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had a kitchen with everything that was required for self catering. The sofa bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

The location was a little noisy at night as the apartments are close to the main square and there are some pubs close by.

Very comfortable
Pros:

Very clean, we had requested the bed to be two singles but it was made as a double, a quick phone call and two people were there in less than five minutes to change it, excellent service and facilities

Pros:

The room was smart and clean, good facilities and great location for the city. Room was spacious and looked very nice main beds were also comfy

Cons:

It was a listed building so they couldn't have an ac but would be great if there was some other alternative to cool the room down since it was constantly uncomfortably hot. The fans helped a little but were too loud to keep on at night. The sofa bed was also pretty uncomfortable

Needed a little more storage for clothes and toiletries. Fridge was a little loud.
Minor issues, otherwise a perfect flat for a short stay in Bath!

Central area, quiet for sleeping, easy to sleep, clean, fresh apartment, easy check in and out, friendly staff members, Tesco right next door, less than 10 minute walk to train station, easy heating system

Cons:

No smart TV, but that's if I had to pick something

Cons:

We had a very poor experience. We were moved between two apartments in the same block because of cleanliness issues, and both were unclean, with dirty dishes, mould in the bathroom, and hair left in the shower.

There was also ongoing loud noise inside the apartment meaning we did not sleep throughout the stay. The move did not resolve any of the issues.

Although we raised concerns immediately and provided photos, the compensation offered did not reflect the seriousness of the situation, and the way the complaint was handled afterwards was disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation.

Great value and a super stay. Would recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful calm, light and airy modern design.
I was able to leave my suitcase prior to the arrival time.

Cons:

I couldn’t work the oven.
The shower wasn’t very powerful
