Basmacioglu Hotel - Special Class

The hotel room was large, good equiped, fridge is very useful in hot days. Is is suprisingly unusual in Turkey. The only missing thing is balcony. Area in Isparta is full of good restaurants and markets. Ideal stay for 1 day while travelling Turkey if you want to visit Sagalassos.

Çok şahane bir otel. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve cana yakın. Temizlik konusunda ise çok iyiler.

Don't expect a luxurious hotel, but it is definately price worthy.
There are parking place at the back, this is where google maps directs you. There is an main enterence in the front next to the main road.
The lobby is okey, and the staff were helpful in a straight face way. That is not showing happiness nor any other feeling.
The room was okey, the bed ok, the pillows a little too soft. Showers ok, water pressure and temperature ok.
I was here in october so the aç was not tested.
The double bed room was big enough.
Breakfast was good for this price range.
Location in the middle of the city, I guess, not so familiar with Isparta city.
Just a reminder. I was on the first floor and you will most certainly hear the traffic outside. And it can be quite load in the late hours, I was there saturday night. So if you are sensitive to noise, it is not for you

Hotel eski ve buyuk bi hotel.Kahvalti cesitli ama cesitlere yetisirseniz.Eger biterse bi daha yapmiyolar o yuzden ne kadar 6.30 10.30 arasi deselerde 8 den sonra dogru duzgun bisey kalmiyo.Tost makinesi calismiyo dogru duzgun ve biten seyi yenilemiyolar.Oda kartlari surekli bozuluyo ve her seferinde oda kartini asagi inip yeniletmek zorunda kaliyosunuz.Oda temiz ama cok eski hotek oldugu icin hersey cok aksak.Keske bir tik daha fazla verip baska bi yerde kalsaydim.Paraniza yazik.

We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either. None of this was told to us before we arrived. After complaining to Expedia they said nothing could be done and the hotel only offered to refund us for the 1st night if we left the hotel after the first night. We did not want to move hotel as we had a toddler with us and the temperatures outside were minus and very stormy. We won't be staying again after dishonesty from both the hotel and Expedia.

Big room with a big comfortable king size bed.
Hot water was inadequate and not enough pressure on the running water at 4 th floor.

Отличный завтрак, своя парковка (и даже если ваша машина стоит в углу заставленная другими, ее отгонят по первому требованию), уютные номера, не слышали призыва к молитве и хорошо выспались)

Genel olarak ne cok iyi ne cok kotu diyebilirim.resepsiyonda biriniz bulmaniz bazen mumkun olmayip dakikkalarca bekliyorsunuz, kahvalti icin karsida bulunan diger otele gecmek gerekiyor.temizlik bekledigim gibi degildi.yatagin uzerinde killar vs. bulunmaktaydi ilk girisimizde.perdeler renk olarak dusunerek kir belli etmemesi icin secilmis ancak yikama zamanlari gelmis diye dusunuyorum.kil ile ilgili sorunu acik bufe kahvaltida da yasadik.bu bolgede diger oteller nasildir, onlar arasinda iyi de olabilir bilmiyorum ancak genel itibariyle bir gece kalacaksaniz, kisa bir isiniz vs varsa sadece yatmak icin ideal.bunun disinda uc gun bes gun bir hafta kalmak isterseniz uygun bir otel olmsdigini dusunuyorum.

Het hotel zag er op de foto's mooier uit dan het is. Als er staat betalen in hotel verwacht ik ook betalen in het hotel. Nu was er voordat ik arriveerde al een bedrag afgeschreven. Zal vast met de verplichte reserveringskosten te maken hebben. Daarnaast deed de televisie het grotendeels van de tijd niet en moest ik meerdere keren per dag het pasje laten vervangen want dat werkte steeds niet meer. Als ik dan uiteindelijk het hotel ga verlaten en de resterende bedrag moet betalen word er verteld dat ze alleen contant geld accepteren. Ook is hun Engels en kan hun vriendelijkheid hierom beter vind ik. Het enige positieve was dat het een goed bed was en dagelijks werd de kamer verschoond.
