Un hôtel très bien situé par contre il est devenus vieux . Il a besoin de travaux en urgence . Tout est ancien dans l’hôtel . Vous payez 80€/nuit donc vous attendez à avoir un hôtel potable .

Par contre le transfert vers l’aéroport s’est très mal passé . Le chauffeur c’était un malade mentale . Il conduit très très mal et ne respecte rien . Capadocia express, l’hôtel doit les éviter .

Staff was friendly but the place was not very clean. Lack of staff, rooms and bed not comfortable.

Great hotel. Location is perfect. 5 min walk to the major view point to see the sunset and sunrise and balloons all right above you. Great staff. Shower was great. Room very comfortable

The arra is safe, with a lot of hotels, and restaurants

Staff were warm and friendly. Felt like being in a family home. The location of the hotel was perched high above the quaint town of Goreme and had excellent views of the area.

A perfectly fine hotel. Very nice staff. A great spot for breakfast and a nice adjacent terrace to watch the balloons. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and large and clean. This is an expensive tourist town so the hotel was expensive as well.

The accommodations were kind of basic, but acceptable. The rooms were not serviced during our 3-night stay. The provided breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing special. Based on this, I would rate the lodging accommodation here as a 3; however, this hotel also promoted itself as a local travel agent.

Taking advantage of this we booked a balloon flight through the hotel. Our lodging reservation was booked through Travelocity and paid for via credit card 4 months in advance. For the balloon flight, I also paid in advance, but since they would not accept credit cards, I had to go through the hassle of executing an international bank wire transfer for the payment.

My main reason for the overall lower rating is because, upfront we clearly stated and it was agreed to that our balloon trip would have a maximum of 16 passengers. All seemed good at our pickup as the two of us were in a bus with 14 others. However, just before arriving at the launch point, just the 2 of us were transferred to another bus with 18 other people and so we ended up in a balloon with 20 passengers.

Upon return to the hotel, we complained and requested a partial refund as we did not get the balloon flight size that was agreed to and pad for.

The hotel representative, said he would check with the balloon company to see if anything could be done, but was unable to get any refund. Basically, for the balloon flight, we got a bait and switch.

La chambre n'était pas si propre que ca . La douche fuit enormement.
Le petit déjeuner était normal sans plus .
Ce qui m'a fortement déplus etait le nettoyage de la chambre, qui n'a pas etait fait durant tout le séjour. Le gerant m'informe qu'il fallait prévenir lorsque nous sortions , assez culotté lorsque l'on est les seul clients dans l'hôtel.

The rooms were clean and the facilities were working, host extremely helpful, especially in regards to local activities and tours. The hotel is close to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. The breakfast was very good, it was served per person and with a very good variety. On the terrace between 19:30 and 22:30 the tea and coffee were free.
There were some issues with the internet deeper in the room since if the stone but it had to be expected. The only personal complaint was the placement of hotel near the road, it smelled heavily of ignition fumes.

Great location bedside lamp would be useful

Gerçekten çok güzel bir işletme. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve iyi bir iş çıkarıyorlar. Otel şehrin en güzel noktalarından biri. Kahvaltı bol ve harika, bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalırım.

It was beautiful hotel, with spectacular breakfasts and customer service. Also a great location. Definitely I will recommend it.
