Genel olarak ailece çok sevdik, muhtemelen tekrar Fethiyeye uğradığımızda bu hoteli tercih ederiz

Ocean view made up for the shortcomings in the hotel. The hotel inside needs an upgrade, outside was great, dinning area was also tidy and clean. Owner friendly and helpful

Lovely people, very welcoming and warm. Beautiful spot by the sea. Food very good.

God beliggenhed nær strand, dog med støjende (høj musik) omgivelser.
Den tilknyttede restaurant var hyggelig og med god mad.

Had the best stay in room 301 . The Service from the Yucel team was fabulous and we couldn’t have been more looked after .

Amazing location and customer service, best beach club bar/ restaurant in the area, sunbeds, comfortable rooms, great staff.

The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in my life. Even hotel rooms in India are cleaner. It was a very bad experience for a seaside hotel to be this old and dirty.

Odamız gayet temizdi. Sadece sular akmıyordu. Vanadan kapalıymıs aynı gün içinde çözdüler . Personel gayet ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için idealdi.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Seda and Ibrahim, you guys went over and beyond to help to make my stay enjoyable, so this was a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fethiye.

Fiyatına göre beklediğim performanstı. Otel genel olarak güzel. Ama daha bakımlı olabilir.. Odalarda eksik çoktu.. özellikle saç kurutma makinası?? Personel genel olarak iyiydi.

Denize sıfır konumda, restoranı olan kahvaltısı dahil bir konaklama yaptık. Sahibi pek misafirperver biri değil ama çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve ilgili idi.

otel karşılaması çok kötü suratsız bir işyeri sahibi odalar çok pis sadece otelin konumu iyi eminimki yakınında çok daha temiz güleryüzlü işletmeler vardır

à l'arrivée on nous a attribué une minuscule chambre donnant sur les poubelles au lieu de la chambre à 23m² annoncée avec vue sur mer ou piscine,le lendemain le propriétaire nous l'a changé pour une à peine plus grande avec juste un pommeau de douche dans les toilettes séparée de l'autre chambre voisine par un tissu en haut ,on a subi le bruit ,l'odeur de cigarette du voisin et les douches prises à minuit des voisins, ne disposant même pas d'un réfrigérateur alors que les autres chambres en avaient.le fils du proprio à la limite de la politesse qui nous crie dessus car on avait qq grains de sable sur les pieds,le proprio qui nous facture des bouteilles d'eau plus cher que le prix annoncé en nous rajoutant des boissons non prises,hôtel ne correspond pas du tout au standards seule sa situation sur la mer et les repas du soir qui étaient bien.nous avons regretté d'avoir réservé 10 jours en ayant fait confiance à Hotels.com . pourtant il y'avait une annexe avec des chambres plus modernes.

Otele ulaştığımızda otel sahibi son derece umursamaz bir tavırla rezervasyonumuzun gözükmediğini , odasının olmadığını , başka yerde kalabileceğimizi söyledi.Hotels.com dan rezervasyonları kontrol etmemişler yani hata tamamen kendilerinin olmasına rağmen otel sahibi berbat ve normal olmayan bir üslupla bizi alamayacağını söyledi.Hotels.com ile Amerika bağlantılı yaptığım 2 saatlik konuşma sırasında bize başka bir otel aranmaya başlandı.Otel sahibi durumun gidişatından kendi çıkarı adına bir sıkıntı çıkmaması için birden dönüp oda ayarlayabileceğini söylemeye başladı.Uzun uğraşlarımız ve konuşmalarımız sonucunda mecburiyetten odamız ayarlandı VE 4.30 SAATİN SONUNDA odamıza yerleştik.BÖYLE BİR REZİLLİK GÖRMEDİM.AYRICA ODAMIZDA Wİ-Fİ BAĞLANTISI YOKTU VE HİJYEN AÇISINDAN DA BERBATTI.2. I highly reccomend you avoid this hotel. They staff seemed generally unorganized and I felt we were treated coldly as guests. We booked two rooms but they only had one available and tried to tell us we only actually booked one room. Then they wanted to give us a smaller cheaper room instead which was not what we paid for. When we didnt agree to that, they showed us another more expensive room and wanted us to pay more for it, even though it wasnt even that good of a room (smelled funny, had low cielings, very cramped bathroom). In the end after a long arguement, they gave it to us without extra charge, but it felt like there was a grudge held and the atmosphere was cold. Like for example, one staff member kicked me out of the outdoor patio because I was wet?

Also, the beach in front of it was rocky and hard to swim in, and the pool was dirty and when we wanted to swim in it we were told it was closed (it was 5pm). Also the shower water was hot because the cold water didnt work properly. the wifi also did not work properly. The room was generally clean though, but I think the bad outwiegh the good for this one.
