Pros:

The hotel was an easy 10 minute walk to everything. The rooms are basic but comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast.

Cons:

They don't provide hand towels just paper towels. They seem pretty fixated about getting towels and sheets dirty. Something I've never experienced in all my years of travelling. Most hotels provide black hand towels to avoid stains if it's a problem. It was most off putting being given paper towels!!!

Bellissima struttura, con un giardino bellissimo, la piscina e un cane e un gatto delizioso. Lo staff gentilissimo. La stanza era perfetta con la terrazza che dava sul giardino e il letto comodissimo. Siamo stati davvero bene. La struttura offre gratuitamente l’acqua dal distributore, anche questa cosa gradita e non scontata. Assolutamente una bellissima esperienza

Confusing guesthouse at hotel prices
Pros:

It was clean and the wifi worked well
Helped us out with an earlier check in when a family member was sick

Cons:

Limited water supply in shower due to calcification (however hot water worked well)

The rules for linen are frustrating when most people want to do volcano associated activities

Different breakfast options available for different guests- unsure if this was because some guests complained a lot

Location is close but still a fair walk. Pool is pleasant but atea not well thought out. Lacks basic facilities in the rooms like appropriate lighting. More motel/hospedaje/guesthouse than hotel and cost is upper hotel end

Cons:

Номера очень старые, намного хуже чем на фотографиях.
В комнате на второй день не убирали, это очень странно и неожиданно за это стоимость.

Pros:

Het personeel en de rust bij het zwembad. We mochten onze bagage daar laten na het uitchecken omdat wij nog even de stad in moesten. Dat was prettig.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de spullen. Rolgordijn knapte al bij het opendoen ervan. Daarnaast had ik een speciaal verzoek om het bed romantisch met bloemen of iets anders speciaals op te maken. Hier is niks mee gedaan. Erg teleurgesteld.

Geweldig hotel met mooie binnentuin en zwembad!
Pros:

Prachtige grote kamer 50m2 met privé overdekt balkon. Mooie privé binnentuin met zwembad. Centrale ligging en vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

De 2 ligstoelen bij het zwembad zijn doorgezakt en niet comfortabel! Ze zijn echt aan vervanging toe.

Fijne plek, lekker rustig in de stad. Aanrader!

Mooie binnentuin en fijne kamer.

Cons:

Zwembad viel beetje tegen. Ligbedden kapot en kaal en ongezellig ingericht. Geen planten of andere sfeervolle aankleding. Alleen een zwembad en 2 ligbedden. Saai!
