Dishonest Staff and Poor Service:
The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.

An oasis of calm in a buzzing environment
Pros:

The breakfasts were very good, quite a variety on offer. Coffee top class. Springs restaurant is fantastic, great food at a good price, great service also. Most of all, the staff, were welcoming, friendly and always happy to go the extra yard in making sure we got what we needed - for example, booking taxis.

Cons:

Secunderabad is very much a working suburb, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. James Street is quite unpleasant. However,, Mahatma Gandhi Road t is buzzing and busy. Up the hill and a couple of streets along to the left, there are literally hundreds of small clothing outlets that I would highly recommend. It is handy for autos into Hyderabad centre.
Despite initial impressions, we loved it.

For the price they are charging they should provide more good and hygienic environment

Front Reception was helpful quiding.

Cons:

Rooms very small, AC not in good condition not control, outside environment not that good, gutter water going in front of the hotel bad smell upto inside the hotel

bad experience, no hospitality, people have grim face to guest

Cons:

room size was only 10 by 10.
visitors not allowed in to room and told to meet only in lobby, no AC in lobby
overly priced compared to better hotels nearby.
no extra time given while vacating.
