Noisy tourists talking loudly along the corridor and testing of microphone system somewhere nearby around 5 plus in the morning.

단 하나 좋았던건 직원들이 잔돈교환을 잘해줘요

予約した部屋ではなかった。4×シングルベットのコネクティングルームを予約したのに、勝手に2ダブルベッドに変えられた。抗議したが、その部屋しかないとの事。雨漏りはするわ、エレベータ前に常に使い古したバスタオルが積み上げてあるわ、衛生的にも見た目にも、最悪。バスタブにシャワーカーテンも無いし、バスタブから水漏れしているため、使うたびにシャワー/トイレの床が水浸しに。転倒しそうで危ないので、使い終わったバスタオルを床に敷いたところ、赤い足ふきマットの色がついてしまい、弁償しろとの事。部屋も約束したものと違うし、払いたくないと言ったところ、明日はエクストラベッドを２台用意すると約束したのに用意しない。午後5時過ぎに戻った時点で部屋のクリーニングもされておらず、午後６時ごろにクリーニングが来たため、様子をみていたが、ベッドメイキングはするが、シーツは変えない。3.5星？0.35の間違いでは？最悪でした。

The service was excellent. The manager Thanh was particularly helpful and upgraded me when I complained about the noise in the next room without hesitation. She also spoke decent English which is not always easy to find in Vietnam
Location is between downtown and the beach. Esp great if you want to be near Korean amenities

ホテルに到着しチェックイン、部屋が無いです・・・
他のホテルへ2日間だけ宿泊してくれとのこと
ホテルへ案内します、バイクの後ろに乗せられ・・・
荷物も後からバイクで
移ったホテルの部屋は、エアコンの効きも悪くレセプションの対応も最悪・・・
ベトナムで部屋が無いと言われたのは、何度もあるのでいいのですが
後のフォローが悪すぎます。
良かったのは、受付の女性が笑顔で、とても一生懸命でした。
予談ですが、この女性
朝ホテルを出るときに居て
夕方ホテルに戻ったら居て
夕食済ませて夜10時頃戻ったら居て
翌朝、ホテルを出るときにも居ました。
よく働きますね・・・

깨끗하고 미케비치랑 케이마트등 한국식당등 위치가 좋았습니다. 방에서 아시안파크 썬휠과 용교의 야경도 다보여 밤에 야경이 멋진 곳입니다. 아침 조식을 솔직히 별로입니다. 저희는 비행기시간때문에 새벽에 체크아웃했는데 친절하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다.

If you are looking for an affordable , clean place to stay this hotel will suit you just fine.
Great ambience in the lobby / lounge and food is good as well.
Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was wonderful .
I had a balcony room with a great view of the river. The frontage road did create some road noise so if that is an issue , you should probably take a room in the back .

Nära till stranden och om du har lite kondition går det att gå upp till monkey mountain, annars går det lätt att ta taxi.

호텔의 주변이 다낭의 코리아 타운이라고 해도 될 정도로 한국 식당과 마트가 가깝습니다.
생각했던 것보다는 좋은 위치에 자리하고 있네요
저녁에 한국 패키지 여행자들을 태운 버스들이 잔뜩 온다는 것만 빼고는 만족스럽습니다.
호텔은 우리나라 모텔정도 된다고 보면 되고, 시설은 중간정도, 수압이 낮은 것이 불만족스럽고,
침구류의 청결 상태는 첫날은 안좋았지만 나머지 날들은 괜찮았네요
직원들은 친절해서 서비스 받는데 문제는 없었습니다.
리조트나 고급 호텔을 찾지 않는 관광객들은 들리기에 무리 없습니다.

참고로 체크인할 때 여권을 맡기게 되어 있는데, 다음날 관광할때 필요하다고 하면 다시 돌려줍니다.
돌아오면 다시 맡기라고는 하는데, 따로 맡기지는 않고 계속 들고 다녀도 문제가 없었네요

So kind and excellent staff. But I can find many insect in the room.

Good location and the staff gave us a big warm welcome. But the room is not very clean even found a dead baby cockroach at washroom. Food of breakfast provided only very limit and I saw many small flies in top of then.

You may need a motorbike to explore around the city & beach. But riding a motorbike in Da Nang is challenging. The difficult part for us as foreigners are almost all the signboards, restaurants, display are in Vietnamese which we couldn't understand. No price list for street foods, markets and regular shops which may cause unnecessary dispute. Rarely find local people who can understand or speak English.

Da Nang airport is so near to City Center (within 10 mins) and need not to rush for. If you have more time, Hoi An is another place to look for. There are many new hotels coming along the beach in Da Nang as well as adjacent area which will shape up a new look in 5 years time. Overall Da Nang is a good place to relax by enjoying variety taste of good coffee. Wish I could come back again somedays^^
