Pros:

Jättefint läge på rummet. Välstädat.

Cons:

Otroligt dålig information från receptionen. Incheckning tog lång tid. Vi fick leta efter rätt parkeringshuset för det fanns tydligen två st. Sen fick man fundera ut själv hur man tog sig in i själva byggnaden. När vi väl var uppe på rummet så funkade inte nyckeln så det va bara att masa sig ner igen.

PRORA IMMER SCHÖN
Pros:

Ich hatte eine Famiensuite ganz für mich allein. Purer Luxus, aber es war nichts anderes frei. Die Suite ist riesig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und bekommt eine 1 ☺️. Da ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht habe, wurde vieles nicht benutzt. Sie ist für 4 Personen ideal. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Da wußte jemand wo eine Bucht mit weißem Sand ist ....
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Ich war mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und konnte es gut abstellen.

Cons:

Das am früher Morgen ein Bagger und ein Trecker Krach und Dreck gemacht haben. Ich weiß nicht, ob das im Juli sein muss.
Das Hotel konnte bestimmt nichts dafür.

Schöne Lage, jedoch trübten hohe Zusatzkosten und der Service den Gesamteindruck.
Pros:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns außerdem die Nähe zum Strand.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung beim Check-in war leider alles andere als freundlich. Man hatte fast das Gefühl, sich dafür entschuldigen zu müssen, dass man einchecken möchte.
Außerdem empfanden wir die vielen Zusatzkosten als überzogen und nicht angemessen. Für den Parkplatz werden 20,00 € pro Tag, für das Schwimmbad 10,00 € pro Person und Tag sowie für das Frühstück 25,00 € pro Person und Tag berechnet. Aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Insbesondere das Frühstück war die aufgerufenen 25,00 € pro Person nicht wert. Die Auswahl und Qualität entsprachen unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Preis.
Besonders negativ ist uns die Parksituation aufgefallen. Man wird praktisch gezwungen, das kostenpflichtige Parkhaus zu nutzen. An der Rezeption wurde uns sogar gesagt, dass wir andernfalls abgeschleppt würden. Dabei bietet das weitläufige Gelände ausreichend alternative Parkmöglichkeiten. Durch die Schranke an der Einfahrt wird jedoch jeder Aufenthalt von mehr als 30 Minuten außerhalb des Parkhauses mit einer Vertragsstrafe von 50,00 € belegt. Insgesamt wirkt dieses Parkkonzept auf uns eher wie eine zusätzliche Einnahmequelle als ein kundenfreundlicher Service.
Ebenfalls enttäuschend war, dass bei der Buchung über Booking.com kein Hinweis darauf zu finden war, dass die Nutzung des Schwimmbads zusätzlich 10,00 € pro Person und Tag kostet. Für andere Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen war auf der Buchungsseite ausdrücklich vermerkt, dass hierfür zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen. Ein entsprechender Hinweis fehlte jedoch beim Schwimmbad, sodass wir von einer im Übernachtungspreis enthaltenen Nutzung ausgegangen sind. Das empfinden wir als irreführend.

Läget va väldigt bra.
Rent och stort fint rum

Cons:

Blev väldigt besviken att det inte fanns någon balkong eller AC i sovrummen.
Väldigt lite restauranger i området som hade kvällsöppet.
Blev heller inte upplyst av personalen om det fanns pool.

Appartamentino con 2 camere da letto spazioso e comodo in edificio storico totalmente rinnovato. Colazione ottima. Bellissima spiaggia.

Cons:

Il parcheggio, obbligatorio perché non disponibile altrimenti, costa 20 € al giorno!

Nichts desto trotz war das Frühstück sehr lecker und das Gebäude und die Zimmer waren sehr bequem und schön , die Sauna

Was ich richtig frech fand ist das ich mit meinem Genuis Rabatt eigentlich 57€ gespart hätte die haben mir aber das Parkticket so teuer gemacht das ich exakt auf die Summe gekommen bin wie ich das halt beim Rabatt bekommen hätte, lange Rede kurzer Sinn das Hotel nutzt anscheinend Booking com um mehr Kunden zu bekommen umgeht aber die Verpflichtungen in dem sie den Kunden Kosten aufdrücken um wieder ihr Geld zurück zu bekommen, clever aber ich finds halt auch nicht fair vorallem wird das auch nicht ausgiebig ausgeschrieben , die Parkmöglichkeiten sind schlecht sodass man nahezu gezwungen war dort im Parkhaus zustehen!

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar.
Hatten leider nur 1 Übernachtung. Kommen
gerne wieder. Im großem Doppelzimmer war sogar
eine komplette Küche integriert.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
