Very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

It was easy. All I had to do was to contact the contact number they sent to me via Whatsapp upon confirming the booking. The host came down to see me at the entrance and took me up to the property where he showed me how to open the door with the password they provide. It was easy peasy. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view of the city was something to die for, and they were cafes, restaurants and convenient stores all around the building. It was very much within a walking distance from KLCC.

Backaches and Cockroaches

One of the worst experiences I have had in a rented apartment in Kuala Lumpur.

Given the price we paid for this apartment, I had fairly high expectations, but unfortunately it fell well below them. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and service provided during our stay.

The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sagging, and no longer provided proper support. All of us—including my elderly mother and my two children—experienced discomfort and back pain, and none of us had a good night’s sleep during our five-day stay. The bed frames also showed significant wear and tear. In addition, the pillowcases were stained and did not appear clean.

When we first entered the apartment, there was a noticeable smell of fish and cooked food. The apartment felt dated, poorly maintained, and not particularly well presented. Several wall sockets were loose and partially detached from the wall, especially the one located behind the washer and dryer, which raised safety concerns.

The washer and dryer were functioning properly, and detergent was provided. There was also a microwave available. We did not use the stove. However, the refrigerator was not cooling properly when we arrived. The freezer compartment was operating at approximately refrigerator temperature, while the refrigerator itself was barely cool, forcing us to store our food in the freezer section instead.

The internet connection was another significant issue. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak in the bedrooms and only reasonably usable in the living room. As a result, we often had to gather in the living room whenever we needed a stable connection. The television included access to YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services, but these depended entirely on the internet connection. On several occasions, my children were unable to watch YouTube on the television because the internet was simply too slow to load content.

Cons:

There were also maintenance issues throughout the apartment. The main door lock was not functioning properly when we arrived, although this was eventually resolved after we contacted the staff. One of the bedrooms was effectively unusable because the ceiling fan was not working and there was no air-conditioning in that room. When we asked staff whether there was a remote control for the fan, we were simply told that the fan did not work. As a result, despite there being a bed in the room, it was too un-ventilated to use.

The apartment layout also had some practical inconveniences. There was a shoe cabinet positioned behind the main entrance door, which was useful for storage, but it prevented the front door from opening fully because the door would strike the cabinet. In addition, both the day curtains and blackout curtains were difficult to open and close.

Cleanliness was perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the entire stay. We encountered multiple cockroaches throughout the apartment and had to dispose of several ourselves during our visit. Combined with the stained bedding and unpleasant smell upon arrival, it gave the impression that the property was not being cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard.

The bathrooms also had several issues. The bidet spray in one bathroom sprayed water in multiple directions rather than in a straight stream. In the common bathroom, the water pressure was quite low, and after flushing the toilet, it took several minutes for the cistern to refill. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided.

Unfortunately, the service experience did not help improve the situation. The staff handling check-in and check-out were not particularly welcoming, friendly, or cheerful. We were not greeted warmly, and interactions felt cold and uninviting. While some maintenance requests were addressed, the overall customer service lacked the hospitality one would expect having paid such a price.

recomended stay, clean and nearby attractions
Pros:

The check in proses was fast and convenient. The host had representative staff to greet , handover keys and show us our room. Checking out was fast too. The apartment was clean. Bedrooms, kitchen and toilets were clean. There is fridge in the kitchen to storage your food and keep cold water. Water filter dispenser is available so we dont need to buy mineral water from store.

you can walk to KLCC. there is nearby Mcdonalds, restaurants and convenient stores.

Will stay again

Cons:

The apartment is really warm as its facing sunlight the whole day. The hall air cond seems to be running out of it's coolen gas. Will recommend host to to up.

The toilet is clean but I think the building pipping omits foul odor hence making the toilet somewhat smelly but still bearable.

2.房間很大，也有廚房、洗衣機還不錯

Cons:

1.沒有飯店大廳，入住不方便，入住及退房都要用whatsapp聯絡飯店人員，他們才會下來接你。
2.我的房間沒有附牙刷、牙膏，不知道是不是被忘記了
3.入住時收了現金235馬幣的押金，雖然退房時有全數退回但還是覺得有點多😓
