Value for Money stay in KLCC
Pros:

The location was like 15mins walk from petronas twin towers, the apartment was clean with all amenities and view was fantastic from every window. Pool had nice water low volume.

Cons:

There wasnt a full length mirror, water dispenser was leaking and the elevator had no ac :(

It wasn’t perfect but had excellent experience both location wise and how the staff handled our requests. Will come back

Cons:

Even though I book for 5 people, we had to ask for extra cutleries, plates and cups cause only 4 sets were available. The drying rack is not enough for big family specially when everyone was doing laundry at the same time

Location was ok. But parking was hell (too narrow) and need to be paid.

Cons:

Door code. It’s fine for person like me, but for older people like my folks, not really. The aircond was leaking, told the one who helped us checking out, he just shrugged it off.

Buena ubicación y apartamento en buen estado / Mal sitio para descansar
Pros:

La ubicación y la distribución del apartamento.

Cons:

El apartamento es muy ruidoso. Estábamos en una planta 48 y aún así se escuchaba el tráfico. A ello hay que añadirle que el apartamento de al lado montó dos fiestas en dos noches que estuvimos hasta altas horas de la madrugada. No descansamos nada.

Excellent option for a stay in KLCC
Pros:

I was very pleased with my stay. The collection of the keys was easy to arrange: I messaged the staff on WhatsApp and they came meet me at the entrance to the building (this is not a hotel, but more like an Airbnb/serviced apartment, so there is no reception desk). The apartment had everything I needed: comfortable bedroom with blackout curtains, efficient air conditioning, small kitchen, washing machine, and as an added bonus a TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Twin Towers and major shopping malls such as Suria and Pavilion. The higher floors offer stunning views of KL. I won't hesitate to book this property again for my next stay in KL.
