Excellent séjour au vortex klcc
L' emplacement est idéal pour visiter Kuala Lumpur, le logement était très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique !
La literie est très confortable.

Cons:

Nous avions sollicité l hôtel afin de pouvoir disposer d une chambre dans les étages les plus haut mais nous n avons jamais reçu de réponse. Nous étions dans les étages supérieurs mais pas aussi haut que nous l espérions.
Par ailleurs, la piscine est gérer par un organisme privé, nous avons dû payer 16€ a chaque baignade.

Шикарные виды на город
Pros:

Виды из номера шикарные. У нас было видын пещеры Бату и башни Петронас. Близкое расположение к основным достопримечательностям города и к станции монорельса. В апартаментах были полотенца, салфетки для снятия макияжа, палочки для ушей, шампунь, гель для душа и мыло. Микроволновка, посуда, стиралка, большой холодильник - всего достаточно для семьи и долгого пребвания.

Cons:

Фильтр для воды был сломан и мы им не пользвались, под ним постоянно стояла вода. Не хватало тумбочек или столиков у кровати, они были только с одной стороны кровати. Тараканы были, но с ними можно бороться, последние дни мы их уже не наблюдали.

A great stay in the KLCC
Pros:

Vortex KLCC Apartments is a great place to live at the heart of KL city centre. It is very close to the iconic Petronas towers, KL tower, Suria Mall, and Aquarium. The area is very neat and tidy. There are lots of dining options available nearby. Bukit Nanas monorail station is a few minutes away on foot from the apartment. I highly recommend staying here and will try to come back in the future!

Cons:

Everything was great, and it was a pleasant experience. However, I felt the pillows on the bed were a bit hard for me.

Cons:

The apartment we stayed in has a hole in the ceiling, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable to sit on. It feels a bit empty and could use some touches to make it feel more like home—maybe some paintings, pictures, or plants.
Overall, it’s okay, but the hole in the ceiling was not nice. The kitchen is very nice, but the washing machine smells and needs to be cleaned or aired out.

Need to focus on cleanliness.....
Pros:

The house have all the facilities that mention in the webpage, with cooling airconditioner.

Cons:

The house was not clean, the represantatives from the host side messaged us on check in date to make payment before arrival if not the booking will be void even though the at booking.com it says no prepayment needed. We did make the payment thru online transfer. Then we got the checkin instruction where it stated they only do cleaning once a week. If you need the place to be sparkle pay extra RM50.For my understanding i thought they meant if we stay 1 week then they do cleaning once a week. But it turns out they dont clean the house even if the earlier guest checked out. The floor was dirty with stains and the house was a little dusty. The parquet floor and furniture are worn out, the house looks nothing in the picture. It looks way more older and smelly. Sorry to say the shampoo and bath soap have a bad smell as well. Thank god i brought my own toileteries. I think each time the guest check out they only change the garbage bags and make the beds. I had small children with me so a bit of disapointed with the cleanliness.

Estancia muy correcta cercana a las torres petronas
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente. Las camas muy cómodas. Buenas vistas.
Supermercado justo debajo muy útil.

Cons:

Aunque ya lo sabía por comentarios pero deberían especificar mas claramente que hay que pagar un depósito de 200 ringgits en cash.
Piscina de pago gestionado por otra empresa.
