Pros:

Всё очень понравилось, жаль была мало дней. Очень хочется вернуться. Прекрасный термальный бассейн (водичка +48°) и солевая комната. Сауной и хамам не пользовалась. Завтраки хорошие. Атмосфера приятная. В номере есть все необходимое. Уборка качественная. Все с пешей доступности. Городок и сам парк очень милые. Воздух шикарный

Kahvaltısı güzeldi.
Bayram dönemi gittik ve Personele emekleri için çok teşekkürler nadir böyle ilgili arkadaşlarla karşılaşırsınız. Otel yönetimi bence bayramda böyle hizmet sunan personele jest yapmalı.

Cons:

Öncelikle sıcak havuza çocukların alınmaması gerekiyor. Yetişkinler için hijyen sorunu oluşturabilir. Çocukların güvenliği açısından da ufak çocuk havuzu yapılabilir. Hamam ve sauna yeterince sıcak değildi.
Odalarda duşların bazıları eski güncellenmesi gerekiyor

Being guarded by angels where the blessed water of Yalova flows

Irfun, Su, and another member of staff- maybe Mehdi? Were so very adorable, nothing was too much for them and their particularly elegant style of service and welcome was utterly charming. They radiate warmth and good will
The facilities of the hotel are marvellous - spring water in the rooms and a very lovely private swimming pool full of wonderful thermal water
Yalova is a touching rustic corner of paradise

Nice thermal pool

Cons:

Staff put us next to a big family with kids and like to open door occasionally.
At night, they r having party with kids screaming at 10pm.
As we r adults, staying next to a big family is not the best arrangement

Sehr tolles Personal, Sauber, unbeschreiblich wunderschön
Pros:

Mit dem Personal ist man einfach wie eine Familie, sehr nette, liebevolle und so herzensgute Menschen. Allein nur wegen dem Personal würde ich nochmal hin.
Zimmerservice, jedentag wird es so sauber gemacht wie man es möchte, das Frühstück ist absolut lecker, jeden morgen Frisch zubereitet und sehr sauber

Hamam, Sauna und das Pool ist total angenehm auf wunsch durfte man länger drinnen bleiben, damit man auch alleine ist auf Privatsphäre und wohlhaben wird aufjedenfall geachtet

Прекрасный, домашний отель! Все душевно и действительно по домашнему. Камин, всегда горячий чай, любые просьбы моментально! Шикарные, свежие завтраки, прекрасное спа с минеральной водой. Мы остались довольны! Спасибо всему персоналу отеля за заботу!

Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean with a balcony. I liked thermal pool here.

Cons:

Sauna and hamam were not working. We asked the staff to switch on, they tried to switch the sauna on but it was cold, just 60 degrees. Next day they just said that sauna and hamam are not working.
