Great location, comfy and wonderful helpful staff
Pros:

Great location and wonderful staff. We stayed 4 nights and it soon felt like home. Nice breakfast and good restaurant to hunker down after a day of venturing around. The front desk organised taxies and buses and were always welcoming and ready to assist.

Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of things. Hotel is well-run with helpful staff.

Nice restaurant with seating on their front porch. I had a chicken hot pot that was delicious and generous in size. The single portion could feed two pretty easily.

Overall, it was pleasant stay. Staff on duty were very responsive to our needs, always pleasant.
Pros:

Ladybird Hotel is centrally located, in the middle of Sa Pa town centre. Across the street is a little park, to sit and relax, watch people going on with their daily activities. Lots of shopping and eating options in very close proximity. Shower water pressure was great. Bathroom was big. The room was very spacious for four adults, lots of room to move. View from our room were stone church and Sun Plaza Station. Staff were very quick to respond to a query, always pleasant. Assisted us with our luggage.

Cons:

Hotel can improve on: bathroom exhaust fan, not powerful enough to dry up dampness from showers, bidet was leaking, so floor next to the toilet was always wet. Shower mat was so tiny, it more of a rug, by the time fourth adult finish shower, it was all very wet, I can wring the water out; unable to adjust water temperature in the shower, it was too hot for my liking, close to being scald. Dining room could use a bit of sprucing up, even if it's not peak season, it should not look like a dumping area, storage room when guest are just a table away, eating. A heater in the reception area, it was 8 degrees when we check out and had to wait for transport, it was freezing cold.

Phòng sạch sẽ và rộng rãi, nội thất hoạ tiết thổ cẩm khá đẹp. Vị trí ngay trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại, ăn uống và mua sắm. Khách sạn phục vụ bữa sáng buffet khá ngon và đầy đủ.

Cons:

View phòng ko được đẹp tí và giá cả cho 2 người 1 đêm mình thấy hơi đắt, chắc do vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện nên cũng thấy đáng tiền.

Would definitely come back here.
Pros:

The building is old but it is well maintained. They have toiletries and they change towels everyday. The location is excellent, a few steps away from Sapa Church and Sapa Station; and few minutes away from Sapa Market. The staff are thoughtful and helpful despite the fact that some of them have difficulty expressing themselves in English. They gave my mom a birthday gift even though they didn’t have to (big thanks to Duc). They accommodated my request to reheat a left-over take out food (thanks Ben). Their food is awesome with so many choices (if you order lunch or dinner from their restaurant) and they often give free desserts (happens only when its Duc’s shift schedule).

Cons:

There isn’t much choice for the breakfast that pertains to vietnamese cuisine (but i do love their pho). It would have been nice if they serve breakfast buffet or have more vietnamese food available for their free breakfast options. Also, they don’t offer vietnamese coffee for breakfast (except when Duc is around).
