All in all a decent guest house.
Pros:

Situated in a quiet area, yet perfectly situated in soi 19, this is a nice little guest house. I had balcony on the back side facing soi 17 which was fine by me. Nice room, good comfortable bed. No devices for making of tea/coffee in room but that could be sorted in the lobby area which was open and airy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of massage shops, a heapful of laundries, and a few bars in the soi itself and a very good cafe on the corner of 3d Rd. Soi Buakhao market just a 4 minute walk from the guest house. Wifi good.

No swimming pool but full access to the pool at LK Metropole in Soi Diana. So now to the negative side: The bathroom. No ventilation so you have to open the small window and let mosquitos in. And just as important: Shower area not seperated from the toilet and other facilities and floor completely flat so after showering toilet paper get all wet unless you move it away from the shower and a pool of water on the floor.

But then again: Daily rates so low one can live with it if budget is tight.

従業員の方の感じがよく、周りに干渉されないところが気に入っています。

蟻が出るのとエアコンが古いのが少し残念でした。

スリッパとドライヤーが室内にありません。

Pros:

Stayed at LK 19 for a couple of weeks in March, only issues we had was the AC unit developed a fault a couple of times, which were resolved by the LK engineers.
Some reviews on other sites mention the lack of lifts on hotel, only time it troubled me was check in/out with heavy case etc to and from 4th floor.
Having said that would quite happily stay again, was close enough to Soi Baukhao and short walk to central festival mall & BigC.
Plenty of motorcycle taxi available for anyone who doesn’t enjoy the walks though.
Good selection of bars & restaurant close by, along with baukhao market.
