Pros:

I can't comment on The Ruby Hotel because they did not have our reservation when we arrived. We had to go to another hotel

room was ok but the staff is horrible
Pros:

the room was decent. however no water or kettle provided in the room.
the hotel staff do not speak English and making it hard to communicate. the hotel staff asked me to pay them again even i have paid my bookings with expedia.
it was a nasty experience as the hotel staff are not friendly and demanded us to pay them again.
the hotel staff also said they do not have account with expedia on marketing their rooms.
