Baan Saladaeng Boutique Guesthouse

We loved the neighborhood and walked in the park every morning (mornings in the park will be one of my favorite memories of our trip). Lots of convenient shops and street food nearby. Sweet hotel staff. Simple rooms. We’re planning to stay there again at the end of our trip.

建物の古さは否めませんが、きちんと手入れや掃除をしているのが伝わります。

チェックアウト後、帰国が深夜便だったのですが夜まで荷物を預かっていただけたので、ギリギリまでバンコクを楽しめました。

また泊まりたいホテルです！

歩いて5分程の所にB T Sと地下鉄の駅がありアクセスが容易でどこへ行くのも便利な場所でした。
部屋は新しくは無いですが、清掃がしっかりできて清潔感がありました。

The staffs were all kind and easy to talk to. They all had great smiles all the time. It's true that there was no elevators but it was ok and it was just fun.

Quirky hotel and big room. Lots of kitsch furnishings, funky interior but lacked detail and seemed 'too try hard'. Was nice enough though and would stay again.
Tucked away down alley way but was quiet for this and right in the heart of Silom.

First off I booked a standard double room but ended up with a budget room that was about 15 m sq so I felt I paid way too much for this size of room that only had stairs. Hotel near here had rooms for 50 THB more a night but with elevator. This old style building had stair treads that are narrow, going up ok but coming down had to go side ways. The toilet had windows that faced the stair well so you had light in the toilet and the room all night, I had to use a sleep mask. No reason for these windows since they did not open to provide ventilation. Next to my room was another room and I could hear the people talking because there was only a thin sheet rock wall between the rooms. My room had no windows to the outside so it was always stuffy and the air conditioner had not been cleaned and the filter was plugged with dirt and lint. Since my room had no access to the outside, only the stair well, my only escape in case of a fire was down the stairs or break down the door to the other room and climb out the window. The other room had their toilet in the stair well so every time they used it I would hear them go in and out of their room. Since I had windows on the stair well I could hear everyone that went up and down the stairs and slammed their doors, so I had to sleep with ear plugs. I will say the place was clean and the people at the front desk very friendly and helpful and spoke good english.

Pleasant and Cosy. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was centrally located.

Trevlig personal. Mysigt hotell med trevlig lobby. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Läget helt ok. Väldigt branta trappor som kan vara besvärliga för vissa då hiss saknades.

Very good location, just around 500m walk to Sala Daeng BTS station. There are no lifts but our room was only in the 2nd floor so it was not a problem for us; might be an issue for older guests. There are no English Channels in the television so it might be a concern if you plan to just stay in the room.

They keep the room, bathroom and common area clean and organized. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'll be in Bangkok.

Chambre grande, très bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute.

Pros: Nicely decorated rooms..friendly staff..close to Silom Rd, Lumpini Park, Bts..
Cons: Heavy smell in neighborhood..too many bugs on the street..no elevator

Good location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The first day we checked in the reception is so helpful to assist our need to contact a local company for good delivery due to our language barrier. The whole contact and delivery was conducted smoothly and we managed to get the company to deliver the good we purchase on time and accurately. Great help and excellent service.
Keep up the good work and we will stay in your hotel again the next time we visit Bangkok.

下BTS車站步行約10-15分鐘即可抵達. 行李多的旅客可搭計程車或嘟嘟車(先議價)幾分鐘就到了.
Saladaeng位於BTS和MRT都通過之處,對於自由行者非常便利.我住4樓獨間套房,有一大片窗採光好view不錯,隱私也可顧及,令人感覺蠻放鬆的.浴室,洗手台,馬桶是3個獨立空間.蓮蓬頭出水大又夠熱可洗個爽澡.每天7:30-10:00供應簡單西式早餐(含水果)中午走出巷口就是傳統市場,各式小吃種類繁多,可體驗真正泰民生活. 缺點:舊房子(但很整潔)沒電梯,樓梯有點陡峭,對提大型重行李者較費力.
我訂機票加購酒店(email又收到限時折扣優惠碼)6天平均1天才XXXX台幣. 對不怕走路和爬樓梯的我真有賺到的感覺!

Very helpful staff. Good value for money. Not far from sky train and underground train lines.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baan Saladaeng. The guesthouse is boutique in style; our suite and the lobby were tastefully and quirkily decorated which we loved. Our suite was large with a bedroom, small balcony, lounge area with tv and sofa and large fridge, and a huge bathroom with a powerful hot shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful and maps were provided. Breakfast was simple and tasty - eggs, sausage or ham, toast, cereal, fruit, and coffee, tea or juice. Wi fi available throughout the property. Excellent organic coffee shop right next door at the end of the dead end soi. The location in general is fantastic, close to all publuc transport systems, restaurants, street food dining and Patpong market. Note there are stairs to rooms and no lift, which was no problem for us. Excellent value overall. Highly recommended.

Over all, it's a good hotel with this price in the center of Bangkok with very nice staffs at the front office.
