B2 Hua Hin Premier Hotel

Convenient location close by to the beaches and Main Street. It’s decent for the price but don’t expect 4 or 5 star quality. I would recommend to stay again and refer to a friend. Thank you B2.

I had an amazing stay at B2 Hua Hin. The rooms were very clean, and a great big shower. I was training Muay Thai locally, and this location was very walkable to everywhere I had to go. So many great food options, bars, and beach. I also enjoyed taking time from the heat to go to the Market Village Mall. You have to check out the food court downstairs! Thank you for a great stay.

Staff was so kind, professional, & helpful.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I've stayed at this place a few times in the past. I booked two rooms for my friend and I, and for the first time in the 19 years that I've been living in Thailand, and the nearly 50 years that I've been coming to Thailand I was asked to show a visa stamp. I don't carry my passport unless I'm leaving the country or going to a bank to make an important transaction. I did have a color copy of my passport with my visa stamp on the back, however they said that they required one of my friend also, even though the booking was entirely in my name and paid for by me.

I feel that the man at the counter was simply flexing his muscles and asking for something that is not required. I will now have to fight to get a refund with Agoda. I asked the hotel for a refund and they said no, the man was very rude, very arrogant, very obnoxious, and totally uncooperative. The only mistake I made was not getting his name. I sincerely hope he loses his job over this, he doesn't deserve that job.

Not only will I never come back to this hotel, I would encourage every single person who reads this review to not book with this hotel, they have no idea how to treat customers properly.

Everything would be great. Staf has a big problem, it’s all over Google reviews. Especially the older lady when I was checking in. Terrible expression. Stay away from the staff it’s a good stay

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad überall Schimmel. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Bei Nachfrage nur patzige Antwort. Klimaanlage nur laut aber kühlt nicht. Dusche komplett verkalkt, kommt nur Wasser gerieselt hat aber nichts mit duschen zu tun. Ansonsten nimmt man es hier mit der Sauberkeit nicht genau. Personal vor allem M anager so sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe nur zweimal gefragt warum ein Deposit bezahlt werden muss, da hat er sofort angefangen laut zu werden und mich angeschrien wenn ich jetzt nochmal frage, wird er die Polizei anrufen und mich aus dem Hotel schmeißen. Heute wissen wir auch warum das Deposit. Wir haben andere Hotelgäste beobachtet die beim ausschlecken ihr Deposit nicht zurück bekommen haben. Angeblich war etwas kaputt usw. Hotel no Go, würden im Leben nicht mehr herkommen. Es gibt in Hua Hin soviel schöne preisgleiche Hotels die freundlich sind. Hier ist der Gast nur ein Geldautomat und Störfaktor

Bad customer service with poor attitude

The room was a bit small but overall our stay was great

I booked this hotel but was denied check in even though I had 2 valid forms of Thai ID and a copy of my passport. I was told in the past foreigners had stayed there who's visas had expired so they didn't want to take any chances with me. Of course the manager was not there and not answering their phone, and their reservation center was closed. The front desk staff was rather smug about denying my check in and told me to go to another hotel. They also refused to cancel the booking and kept the money paid for the room. The next day I tried calling their reservation center and was hung up on as soon as they heard me speaking English. Bottom line, this is the type of place that gives Thai hotels a bad reputation. They have no interest in customer service and may deny your booking for frivolous reasons. If your goal is to be walking distance to anything, there are plenty of better hotels in the same price range that are on Soi 94 itself.

どこか出かけるときに大通側には、一旦線路まで出ないと行けないので、ちょっと面倒臭かったです。
ただ、Soi94にも近いので食べたりコンビニには苦労しません。建物・部屋はきれいでしたが、壁がちょっと薄いのか隣の音が聞こえます。

Great stay. Older hotel but very well maintained and the staff were wonderful. I will return next time I’m in Hua Hin
