Beatiful spot to experience and explore SanliUrfa
Pros:

A very beautiful hotel with an op inside courtyard. 1001 nights kind of atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extensive breakfast. Very hospitable reception. They walked with us while manoeuvring in the alleys. Beautiful terraces at the top with a great view of the Mosque and the Castle. tea was served free of charge at every convenient moment.

Cons:

Driving to the hotel might be a challenge for large cars or less experienced drivers. Better to avoid this altogether, and park straight in the parking garage. The hotel is 50m from the top of the stairs.
The room is very cosy, but not very big or clean.

Locatie, buitenkant van hotel ziet er goed uit

Cons:

Het was een verschrikkelijke ervaring. In de winter was er geen warm water, de verwarming deed het niet. De kamers waren erg vies. Er lagen sigarettenpeuken en broodkruimels in de badkamer en op de lakens, de lakens hadden vlekken, de wasbak en douche waren vies. Ik bespaar de vieze details voor de lezer. Personeel gaf aan dat ze niks konden doen en boden geen oplossing.

Das Hotel hat die Übernachtungen storniert, weil sie später Gäste fanden, die länger bleiben wollten. Das haben sie uns nciht mitgeteilt, sondern uns voll auflaufen lassen. Nicht cool.

De uitbater Mahmut, is een supervriendelijke en authentieke persoon, erg behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt met streek producten. Kamer is authentiek ingericht, binnentuin is fantastisch met mooie terras, zicht op het vismeer, kasteel en moskee, alles op wandelafstand, toplocatie

Burda konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Konumu oldukça merkezi, bu yüzden şehri gezmek ve ulaşım sağlamak çok kolay oldu. Ayrıca otelin manzarası gerçekten şahaneyd. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her konuda destek oldular.
Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir konak.

We came to Urfa to see and experience true ancient history. That's why we chose the authentic Turkmen Konagi Hotel, converted from a medieval caravanserai. Situated in the heart of the eastern city of Urfa, with its narrow, winding streets, this hotel feels like a scene from "One Thousand and One Nights." Modern comfort, excellent food, warm hospitality, and prompt assistance from the hotel staff and manager Ibrahim rounded out our memorable stay. We are very pleased with our choice and thank the hotel staff.

Fijn en bijzonder verblijf.
Pros:

Het ontvangst was ondanks de taalbarrière ongelofelijk vriendelijk en gastvrij.
Het hotel bevind zich in een sfeervol Turkmeens herenhuis.
Dat vooral tot zijn recht komt als de sfeerverlichting aangaat als het donker wordt.

Cons:

Ik heb er niet naar gevraagd en kan er dus niet echt over oordelen.
Maar ik had niet de indruk dat ik er iets te drinken kon krijgen (kopen).
Er was niet een kaart of iets dergelijks dat hier op wees.
