bathroom door lock wasnt working when we asked the front desk they said the bathroom door doesnt have a lock which was wrong. otherwise we found the facility to our satisfaction

Pros:

Breakfast was very good but the place was too small to comfortably eat. You have to wait long for the toaster.

Cons:

The streets close to the hotel are full with homeless people. When you walk to Gaslamp Quarter especially during the night you are afraid as a woman.

There is a laundry! And the kitchen in the room was useful. The hotel was clean

The breakfast was very less . We could have a good breakfast but it was at our last day. Hotel was not very close to square.

Our room was perfect. Comfortable beds, VERY clean space, quiet. Disapointing that the key amenities were closed.
