La amabilidad y calidez de quienes están en atención al cliente no tiene precio. Todo está impecable, la cocina es hermosa y funcional para los huéspedes. Está no muy lejos del centro, pero no hay ruido y se descansa perfecto por sus ventanas que cierran en oscuridad total. También hay un par de hamacas en los pasillos del jardín. Súper recomendado.

no me agrado que a las 9 ya te estan diciendo que a las 11 es el check out. TAMPOCO me agrado que prendieran la lavadora o secadora a las 7:35 am
I stayed in the superior queen room (2 queen beds). It was very large and comfortable for a hotel room. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated having my own kitchen area and bathroom, along with a table which I could also work from. The TV had streaming services available. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a little dark with not much natural light.

The bed makes noise when you move around.

Quando abbiamo chiesto di pagare con carta, ci hanno chiesto una commissione aggiuntiva (se non erro dell'8%).
Capisco che la transazione bancaria ha un costo, ma questo costo dovrebbe essere già inserito nel prezzo finale e non può essere richiesto al cliente in fase di pagamento al check-in.

The property is beautiful and impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff are approachable, professional, and warm. They even helped me book a tour as well as a shuttle to the Guatemalan border. It was truly an incredible stay. Grateful

Que la habitación era demasiado pequeña y la cama un poco incómoda
Todo, ambiente súper tranquilo, el personal excesivamente amable, aparte te dan instrucciones súper claras para todo. Incluso cuando pregunte de tours inmediatamente me ofrecieron información, tomé 2 los cuales fueron excelentes. 1000% recomendado
Solo hubo un pequeño tema con unas pequeñas hormiguitas pero lo solucionaron inmediatamente, y no volví a tener ningún tema
El alojamiento está en el centro histórico pero a su vez es muy tranquilo para descansar. El personal muy atento, te resuelven cualquier duda. Te gestionan ellos mismos diferentes tours por la zona.
