Had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Smith. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around town. Clean, comfortable, and hassle-free—exactly what you want from a hotel stay. I would definitely stay here again.
The best hotel “included” breakfast we’ve had in a while! Room was modern with good amenities. Bed was comfortable. Shower was super clean with great water pressure. Staff was great.

When we were there it was very busy with guests but it didn’t seem like the staff was keeping up with the breakfast. When we went down there wasn’t much food and not even plates or bowls for what food they did have. Like I said I know they were full of guests but I feel they could have done a better job of keeping it stocked.
