Pros:

Cute, clean and right in the city of Leon. Mins to cathedral and main square. Friendly staff who constantly had to let me in and out, with all smiles. I would recommend this place.
One thing, which is a problem for Nicaragua as a whole is the showers. The shower head and jet stream needs some tlc.
Other than that our family had a great time here.

We were charge $10 more they Day we left for a mistake that the front desk made poor customer service owner was involved no matters very disappointing NEVER go back to that please

Excellent breakfast & staff
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Real as the water pressure was great and hot, comfortable bed with working quiet AC in room. The breakfast staffs were amazing, we came back past breakfast time from a hike and they still willing to accommodate us and cook up some eggs, that was really touching. Wifi was quick too. Overall very happy with our stay

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely staff. Very clean. I liked sitting on the roof terrace early in the morning. And a great breakfast.

Dated but adequate
Pros:

Hotel was ok, it was dated, and the breakfast was not what I was expecting. It was not palatable, so I went out for my breakfasts. Luckily there are several cafes close to this hotel. Staff was amazing, and extremely helpful. Hotel says there is hot water, however there was none :(.

A Gem Of A Place
Pros:

George was fantastic and very helpful. The rooftop terrace is an added plus...go at sunset and enjoy the beautiful view! Very pleasant stay and great breakfast.. Would stay here again for sure!

Nos cobraron $30 dolares extra por dejar pasar a 2 amigos unas horas de 7 am a 3 pm. Todo lo demás normal pero no hay un ambiente familiar ni hospitalario per se. Por el precio regular de la habitacion no se puede pedir mas.
