Pros:

Aparatmente spatioase si curate. Aer coditionat fara de care nu am fi putut dormi a functionat perfect. Plasa de tanatari la pat. Bucatarie utilata pentru a lua micul dejun sau orice masa. Gradina intretinuta la fel si piscina. Pentru noi familie cu copil a fost totul perfect.

Very relaxing and unwinding
Pros:

The property is like 500 meters from the main diani beach road. The inroad is not paved. You will need a Tuktuk or a cab to get there.

I really loved the comfort of the beds and the most coolest pool temperature wise in Diani.

The kitchen is well equipped.

Pros:

Naomi was responsive during my stay and even went out of her way to find a toktok during peak hours. The room was clean there was hot shower walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops.

Cons:

Nothing really, the tap water is a bit salty.

Cons:

Avevamo chiesto un letto in più prima di arrivare ma il letto non c’era quando siamo arrivati. Ma anche se fosse tardi lo staff ci ha aiutati a portare il letto.
La seconda piscina non funzionava x un giorno intero ma poi è stata riparato un giorno dopo.

Amazing staff, good location, and comfortable accommodations
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice- going out of their way to help us figure out booking, doing last minute laundry, and providing extra towels for the beach. The king room itself had great air conditioning, which made a big difference in our stay. The WiFi was good as well. It was also nice to be a short walk from some cafes and restaurants. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend a stay at Diani Pearl for anyone coming to Diani.

A very conveniently located pearl
Pros:

The place was beautiful, conveniently located and the staff were very hospitable and helpful. If you are looking for a place to say this is the place to go to. Supermarkets, restaurants, lounges (including Nomad), public beaches… were all less than 10 minutes away (a 200KSH tuktuk ride 😅)
Naomi was also very friendly and helpful, she made us feel at home.

Cons:

The shower might need a bit of a fix up in the unit we stayed in.

Ich bin nicht zum ersten mal in Diani Pearl.und ich werde wiederkommen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen aber man ist trotzdem zentral. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist nur 5 Minuten.

Cons:

Die Wasserhähne müssen erneuert werden.

Great staff facility needs
Pros:

The staff made my experience great. Cleaning ladies do a great job and Naomi is amazing, she knows how to run the place and she is always available and professional when issues arise. Supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance. However the swimming pools are not really designed to be used and if you work from home like I do WiFi is not stable. Grass should be cut and items hanging on the balcony of the long standing tenants removed as they impact the decor of the place.

Pros:

Diani Pearl was a really comfortable stay & the air conditioning was working super well. Everyone we met from the staff were lovely too. The kid especially enjoyed the pool & location so close to Chandarana and restaurants is convenient. We really appreciate the efforts of the staff in making our stay lovely :)

Cons:

The shower water is salt water, and unfortunately for me, my skin does not react well to it. Because of this, I couldn’t enjoy another stay at Diani Pearl, even if everything else was great.
