Really easy and pleasant area to be based
Pros:

Well located in a quieter area of Minato City, Tokyo, close to the Daimon underground station and the Hamamatsucho train station, both an easy walk away.
Close to Tokyo Tower and the fish market, Shiba Park and temples. The Kyu Shiba-Rikyu Gardens are a must-visit. This is a sanctuary in this built-up city. Beautiful Japanese gardens with sculptural trees, and in spring, the blossom would be stunning. There is a small charge to visit. Wander the side streets to find local eateries serving a variety of Japanese dishes.
Despite being provided by Starbucks, the breakfast was better than anticipated. The laundry facilities worked well and were secure, and progress was visible on your TV. The complimentary accessories are good and well-stocked, available from reception. The money change machine is good. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean and tidy. Secure Wi-Fi, which is a must for any hotel, with the name and password visible on your TV. There was a desk and chair, which we found good for using laptops,

Cons:

The room, a double (501), was very small (European standard) and small (Japanese standard). The bed was against the wall, which isn't ideal for couples; we had to pull it out at night. Little to no storage and space for bags.

Very well placed hotel in Tokyo

The staff were very helpful and the location was brilliant especially for the bullet train and airport.

가족과 함께 다시 찾은 이곳.
Pros:

호텔 위치가 지하철 역과 가깝고 주변에 식당과 편의점들이 많아서 편리했습니다.
호텔 시설도 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있으며 직원들도 너무 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다.

Cons:

식사를 할수 있는 식당이 있으면 좋겠습니다.

Wir kommen nicht wieder her ins hotel
Pros:

Die lage war super gewesen. Alles war eigentlich super zu erreichen. War auch eher ruhig gewesen wenn man andere stadtbezirke vergleicht
Das zimmer ging von der groesse ohne gepaeck

Cons:

Wenn fruehstueck angeboten wird, dann sollte man keine starbucks gutscheine erhalten oder es rein schreiben. Weil die haben eh nicht gereicht vom prwis her.
Also jeder der japanisches fruehstueck will, sollte hier die finger von lassen

Die zimmerreinigung ist auch vom zeitmanagement miess. Haben das hotel gegen 0900 verlassen und auch der reinigungsfaxhkraft die freigabe gegeben. Kommen dann nach dem teamlab gegen 1330 kurz vorbei und noch immer nicht fertig mit reinigen. Das geht ja mal gsr nicht

Dann wenn mn doch mal gepaeck fuer eine rundreise bei hat istbdas hotel nicht ideal, da hatten wir bessere lösungen zum beispieö hoerer betteb, um die taschen drunter zu verstauen.

Und das man alles ueber den fernseher buchen und organisieeen muss ist wohl aucj nicht die löaung, wenn die schrift in japanisch ist und der englisxhe umachaltung sich hinter einem hinweisfwld verstexkr.

Convenient hotel with big room at a good location, no luxury though

シンプル＆コンパクト
Pros:

一階にスタバがあるということも含め、ロケーションはとてもよかった。ホテルにレストランはないものの周辺に魅力的なお店がたくさんあるので、こちらのホテルステイは本当に快適な宿泊だけ、という要望であればバッチリ叶う！

駐車場があれば。。。せめて、提携駐車場があればうれしい。

Pros:

Location was great, within walking distance of Tokyo tower, check in was quick they were kind enough to put our luggage in our room for when we got back. Room was comfy and staff was friendly.

Cons:

there was no breakfast service provided but the street is filled with cafes and places to eat

Overall great value hotel! Clean, comfortable, and a nice location
Pros:

Location was great. Not too far from the station or from Tokyo Tower. Very central area with fairly easy access to any neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants in the area. Starbucks downstairs attached to the hotel ,and a convenience store right across the street. Overall a great value!
