Pros:

Super zentrale Lage und sehr höfliches Personal

Cons:

Frühstück gab es leider nicht und man musste zum Starbucks unten im Gebäude gehen, bekam dafür aber einen Gutschein

Overall great value hotel! Clean, comfortable, and a nice location
Pros:

Location was great. Not too far from the station or from Tokyo Tower. Very central area with fairly easy access to any neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants in the area. Starbucks downstairs attached to the hotel ,and a convenience store right across the street. Overall a great value!

Posizione ottima nei pressi della fermata daimon , si può ammirare la tokyo tower.
Stanza ordinata e pulita .

Cons:

La poca insonorizzazione delle stanze .
La possibilità di non fare colazione se non da Starbucks.
Meglio andare altrove a fare colazione.

Angenehm und für Tokyo sehr gut denke ich.
Pros:

Es war eine gute aber um die ganze stadt zu sehen wäre ein zentraleres hotel besser. Z.b. Shibuya oder Shinjuku

Cons:

Das bad war sehr billig. Es besteht nur aus Plastik.

Very happy with everything at Richmond Hotel Shiba.
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to train station. Great short walk to Tokyo Tower and park areas. Room was spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Staff very polite and friendly. Lifts very quick. Very good value for money in Tokyo.

Cons:

A little cramped on one side of the bed.

Perfeita! Ficaremos aqui novamente numa próxima viagem ao Japão
Pros:

Tudo! Foi a nossa melhor hospedagem em Tóquio (ficamos em 3 hotéis diferentes, e esse foi de longe o melhor). A localização é incrível, pertinho de várias estações que levam a todos os cantos da cidade e aeroporto. Ao chegar no hotel a gente já se depara com a vista impactante da torre de Tóquio, o que deixa tudo mais mágico. O hotel é lindo, confortável, o quarto é maior que a média, os amenities disponíveis são maravilhosos e o staff é muito educado. Há uma máquina disponibilizando café a chá deliciosos, além de cartões postais e carimbos como souvenirs, um pátio com mesas para fazer refeições ou outra coisa e uma confortável recepção. Também há uma máquina para trocar dinheiro e outra com informações turísticas. Tudo nesse hotel é maravilhoso, amamos o bairro, que tem muitas opções de restaurantes, farmácias e conveniência mas ainda assim é muito tranquilo. Ficaremos aqui novamente numa próxima viagem a Tóquio!!!

Excellent location for business travel
Pros:

The hotel is located near two train stations and the Tokyo tower. Surrounding locality is clean, family friendly and has excellent food and bar choices. The availability of Starbucks at the entrance and family mart at 2 minutes is absolutely convenient. Staff are helpful and service is great.
