The location was so good for us. We were able to get a local train directly from Narita Airport to Daimon Station which was just 300 metres from the hotel and a straight forward and easy walk even with cases. The room, though small, was large enough for us to be able to put our cases in places where we could easily access the contents. The staff were so helpful and pleasant and a local subway and convenience store was just across the road.
Been nice to have just one channel in English to watch on the TV.

Hotel was willing to accommodate our forwarded ski baggage and keep whilst we travelled.
Great hotel. Room is quite nice and cozy, the front desk staff was great, there is a laundry mear the lobby area, and vending machine too which was excellent. And there were free amenities too. There's a family mart right opposite the hotel which was really convenient.
The queen size bed might be a bit small to share for 2 people, and pillows were quite flat but we did ask for extra pillows which made up for it.

We had a great stay at this Hotel in Minato. The location is perfect, within walking distance to three major train stations, Tokyo Tower and nearby gardens and temples. The hotel was very clean, and the room was a good size and comfortable by Tokyo standards. We had 4 suitcases, 2 large and 2 hand luggage sizes, we fitted exactly, had to make some adjustments in the room but we fitted somehow. Staff were kind and very helpful throughout our stay, especially since it was our first stop. Highly recommended.

The location is great, having the subway line two blocks away is very convenient. I have used the brand in other cities in Japan and i really like it, rooms are small but most of them are in japan are.
We book with the breakfast included option, upon arrival they told us they did not have breakfast and gave us a starbucks voucher, i did not like that option.
It is hard to find a perfect hotel in any location but I think we did that. The location was just on point close to the Monorail (to reach the airport), close to the train station and a metro line. Around the hotel there have been a lot of good and affordable restaurants, eateries and cafe's. Shops are literally 1 minutes away from the hotel and at the main entrance there's a Starbucks. Minato (the borough/ward) where the hotel located is quiet yet full with charm and vibrant culture. I will book this hotel again without any hesitation for our next stay.
Just a note for the fellow travelers. The rooms are much smaller than the European standard (like all over in Japan) so please take this into consideration.
