Car parking fee, fortunately we parked off site.

Breakfast time, no direction, didnt know what to do, some staff were dismissive, had to go back and ask reception staff who then helped out

Friendly staff, beautiful bright comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. Location is great, walked into the centre of Clitheroe.
Great pub, shop, golf, bowling and cinema on the same complex.
We stayed for a wedding which was fantastic. We would recommennd.
The staff we spoke to were great and helped as much as they could during our visit.
The room was cold as the radiators were not working- although they fixed them on request- they stopped working again. We had no hot water on the last day of our visit- so no possible shower or even a wash. Despite e mails to management since we left, we have had no response
Made to feel very welcome on check in and given lots of helpful information. The reception area was lovely, clean and smelled fresh. Our room was very nice and much bigger than we expected, so extremely good value for money. Also very modern and clean. The room was quite warm but there were fans around the corridors available to use in the room which we did. Very nice powerful shower in the clean bathroom. In the vening we had a booking in Emporium restaurant just over the road and were informed that if we showed our room card we would receive a 15% discount on our bill which we did so that was a lovely surprise. On leaving we left a phone charger in the room and a staff member called me to inform me which we really appreciated.
Nothing to complain about we had a lovely stay and will definitely return.
