Cons:

Der Boden der Unterkunft war richtig ekelig, definitiv seit langer Zeit nicht mehr richtig geputzt.. wir haben eine tote Blattwanze gefunden, Staubmäuse überall, schmierige Schuhabdrücke.. wir konnten daher unser Baby nicht auf den Boden lassen,obwohl wir 20 Euro extra für Babyausstattung gezahlt hatten (Hochstuhl u Kinderbett). Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung (Bad, Küche) aber nicht berauschend.

Afwassen in de wasbak van de badkamer, maar mooie locatie, goede bedden.
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig. Het is op 100 meter van de ingang van het station en je loopt zo de stad in. Parkeren voor de deur tussen 1800 en 9.00 gratis, daarnaast met parkeerschijf. Parkeergarage op100 m afstand. Goede bedden, mooie plafonds en goede uitstraling. Het ziet er op het oog fantastisch uit, met een koffie bonen machine, broodrooster en waterkoker. Entree was zeer soepel, met codes.

Cons:

Groot nadeel..Naast al het positieve een enorm min punt.. Afwassen in de wasbak van de badkamer, Er was geen water in de keuken, dus ook geen vaatwasser oid. Echt enorm onhandig en een groot nadeel. Daarnaast was de afwasborstel vol met haren en viezigheid en washet schuursponsje was ook echt goor. We hebben uiteindelijk met een pannenlap de afwas gedaan. Maar door dit was de vaat ook bij aankomst niet helemaal lekker schoon. Het was een 3 kamer appartement, waarbij je dus in één slaapkamer een soort keukenblok (zonder water) hebt en een tafel met stoelen. Douchen moet in bad, waarbij je de douche kop niet kunt ophangen. Dit vind ik ook niet handig.

スタッフの対応が迅速で的確でした。またバスタブ付きの部屋で快適でした。

Cons:

簡易キッチンの名の下に、水道も流しもない台所でした。電磁調理器、電子レンジ、オーブン、コーヒーメーカーなど完備でしたが、流しがないと調理や後片付けがままなりません。

Ein wunderbares Apartment mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Balkon, Küche, Lage und Betten Schlafgelegenheiten waren super. Schneller Austausch mit Host. Nähe zum Hbf perfekt, um auch am Sonntag schnell noch einkaufen gehen zu können.

Cons:

Einziges Manko: Es gab in einem Apartment für bis zu sechs Personen lediglich ein Badezimmer / WC. Da muss man sich etwas arrangieren.

Bad stay
Pros:

It is pretty close to the centre, but what is not clearly mentioned is how noisy it is. Very close to tram line.
It does have good space if you book big double apartment.

Cons:

It was not properly cleaned. Upon arrival, the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, oil was spilled on the floor, the microwave had food leftovers, and the dining table had food and dust in its cracks. We were pretty disgusted and ended up checking out a day early from our two-night stay.

Top Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum. Super schneller Kontakt. Problemloser Self Check in.

Cons:

Leider ist das Treppenhaus unglaublich laut und sehr hellhörig!

Ruim appartement naast station en op loopafstand van Altstadt
Pros:

De lokatie is dicht bij het station wat op zich handig is, ook t.o.v. de binnenstad is alles goed aan te lopen. De straat zelf is wat smoezelig, zeker in de avond. Binnen heeft het zeer ruime kamers en biedt het een bijzonder comfortabel verblijf !

Cons:

De straat zelf, meer eigenlijk niet.

Eigentlich eine tolle Wohnung, wenn man etwas dazu schauen würde.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, komfortable Grösse.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, aber viele Dinge fehlen! Koben zur Kaffeemaschine, Rot-Weingläser nur eins, nur eine Fernbedienung zu drei Fernsehern, etc
Im Bad riecht es nach Zigarettenrauch, das Sofa hat sichtbare Flecken, Türgriffe, Ablagen, Schranke in der Küche sind schmuddelig.

Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Das Apartment ist abgewohnt. Der Lack ist definitiv ab. Es wir für 6 Personen angeboten und im Besteckkasten sind 6 Kabeln und 6 Messer. Finde ich, sehr wenig. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer zum gemütlichen gemeinsamen chillen. Die Couch zum ausziehen im Schlafzimmer, für die 5. und 6. Person, ist wirklich richtig eklig. Bettzeug hab ich mir nicht angeschaut, hab ich mich nicht getraut, nachdem ich die Couch ausgezogen haben. Im 2 Bad haben wir keine Heizung gefunden. Alles in allem, für das Geld nicht zu empfehlen. Ich bewerte sonst nicht.... aber hier ist es notwendig...
