Great place after flying into Denver to relax for a few days seeing Fort Collins.
Pros:

Beds were amazing, we all slept well. The property is very unique and well set up. The bar and restaurant below were perfect for a meal or a drink or to just listen to music. Lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance for any meals or even coffee.

Cons:

Property is amazing, no complaints.

Is there enough space here for all I want to say?
Pros:

1st trip to Ft Collin's and I'm certain this lovely hotel is a significant part of why I've fallen in love! I was looking for something boutique-y, unique and that just hit that extra special details vibe. Its beyond. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Service is spectacular, thoughtfully and graciously attended to throughout our 5 day stay. It is not just clean, its spotlessly maintained. This same level of quality care and service is so beautifully carried through to the stunning restaurant downstairs. Delicious food and tasty beverages but the overall atmosphere was dreamy in the best way. It seamlessly mixed the vintage speakeasy vibe w/ modern vinyl. The Armstrong & Ace Gilletts is worth the trip alone. I simply could have spent everyday right there. Brunch in the lobby, drinks w/ live music under the shady awning in the afternoon and romantic dinners downstairs BUT The Armstrong is so perfectly located toward the university end of S College St that it was in easy walking distance of some of the most lively bars, fun shopping, great eats and yummy treats. Once we'd parked in one of their assigned lots, we were able to stroll at our leisure. I could go on and on but I'd just say Go. Stay. Fall in love w/ this beautiful establishment in this lively town. You will be so glad you did. 💖

Very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms need more plugs or charging ports. Parking areas did not have signage so it was difficult to know the proper place to park.

Overall we had the best time and the hotel is so charming and convenient to everything we could ever need.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay really memorable and we’re excited to return one day soon. The live music on their outdoor patio was lovely and Ace Gillette in the basement was so fun for a nightcap. We were there when it was 94 degrees out but their Air Conditioning kept us nice and cool. The hotel is charming and close to everything in town.

Cons:

The bartender at Ace Cafe needs some training. Her personality was wonderful but the drinks were borderline undrinkable and we had to send a couple of the back.

A nice place to stay to see Denver from central location.
Pros:

Very comfortable room and bed. Staff friendly. Did offer cookies in evening and coffee in the morning. Good location for what we wanted to do. Close to many restaurants.

Cons:

Not much of a view from our room. No breakfast or pool.

Terrible parking and minimal handicap accommodations
Pros:

We had no choice but to park 1.5 blocks away as there are insufficient spaces at the hotel (and only one handicap spot if you are lucky enough to get there during a short window of opportunity). Yet we were charged $20 per night for the right to park 1.5 blocks away!
Staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself is "quaint",but no handicap accommodations ( like hand rails in the bathtub).
It was also very noisy throughout the night, as it sits in the heart a nightclubs district, and lots of cars racing engines ,etc.
Probably a good place for 22-28 year olds looking to party.

Thanks for the great hospitality, I would stay again
Pros:

Great location and great staff. Loved the bar in the basement.
Very cool lobby. Convenient parking. Housekeeping checked in with us every morning. Umbrella loaner was a plus since it rained first day

Cons:

Floors and bed were squeaky, thin walls, could hear people above and next door. Bathrooms floor tile looked a little worn. Shower head to low for me
