Exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms need more plugs or charging ports. Parking areas did not have signage so it was difficult to know the proper place to park.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay really memorable and we’re excited to return one day soon. The live music on their outdoor patio was lovely and Ace Gillette in the basement was so fun for a nightcap. We were there when it was 94 degrees out but their Air Conditioning kept us nice and cool. The hotel is charming and close to everything in town.
The bartender at Ace Cafe needs some training. Her personality was wonderful but the drinks were borderline undrinkable and we had to send a couple of the back.
Very comfortable room and bed. Staff friendly. Did offer cookies in evening and coffee in the morning. Good location for what we wanted to do. Close to many restaurants.
Not much of a view from our room. No breakfast or pool.
We had no choice but to park 1.5 blocks away as there are insufficient spaces at the hotel (and only one handicap spot if you are lucky enough to get there during a short window of opportunity). Yet we were charged $20 per night for the right to park 1.5 blocks away!
Staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself is "quaint",but no handicap accommodations ( like hand rails in the bathtub).
It was also very noisy throughout the night, as it sits in the heart a nightclubs district, and lots of cars racing engines ,etc.
Probably a good place for 22-28 year olds looking to party.
Comfortable rooms, courteous staff, great location.
Coffee service should be earlier than 9am
Perfect location. Can walk everywhere.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly
The price was a bit too much for the value.
Really cool building in the heart of Fort Collins
Parking was a little hard to understand, but eventually figured it out, and there was enough.
Great location and great staff. Loved the bar in the basement.
Very cool lobby. Convenient parking. Housekeeping checked in with us every morning. Umbrella loaner was a plus since it rained first day
Floors and bed were squeaky, thin walls, could hear people above and next door. Bathrooms floor tile looked a little worn. Shower head to low for me
The location was the very best part. Right downtown old town
Rooms were very noisy. I could hear next door neighbors conversations and the wood floor from above was loud.
Wonderful location in the heart of Fort Collins- surrounded by so many different shops and restaurants. The service at the front desk was great and friendly. The decor and vibe of the hotel were cool, and the room and space were clean and super comfortable. Wish we stayed on the weekend to experience the food and drinks in the hotel. Price was super affordable and worth it!
Clean, classic style and beautifully designed. I will come back here

Ed at the front desk was very nice, and the hotel is cute and in Old Town, so lots of nearby activities. However, the noise from the street outside and the hallway is unbearable. A hotel is only as good as your night’s sleep. All night large trucks, emergency vehicles, honking vehicles, talking in the hallway, etc. I found a little tray with foam earplugs, which should’ve clued me in, but I can’t sleep with foam in my ears either.
