Vacaciones de fin de año muy agradables

Todo en nuestra estancia fue excelente
Màs que un hotel, parece una casa muy grande y elegante
Tiene unas instalaciones muy agradables, destacando el Lobby, el àrea de comida, la alberca climatizada, el àrea de los asadores y mesas, y la cancha deportiva de basquetbol
La habitacion con una cocineta equipada, barra desayunadora, sillon, y pantalla, mas la recamara con dos camas muy comodas por cierto, y una pantalla adicional, superaron ampliamente nuestras expectativas
El desayuno fue siempre excelente con variedad de platillos todos los dìas y con muy buen sabor los alimentos
Los dìas martes , mièrcoles y jueves, el hotel ofrece en cortesìa un servicio de alimentos y bebidas para sus huespedes, y eso es un super plus para quienes nos hospedamos ahi
La ubicaciòn suena extraña porque no estàs en ninguna ciudad litera, pero puedes acceder muy facilmente a la zona conurbada de Leòn en 10 minutos, a Guanajuato capital en 30 minutos, a Silao con su parque Bicentenario en 20 minutos, etc..
Pero lo mas sobresaliente de todo es su personal
Siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y el ambiente entre ellos es muy pero muy de trabajar en equipo
Monica siempre tuvo nuestra suite muy limpia e impecable en su arreglo y acomodo
Ana en la recepciòn siempre muy amable y colaborativa
En el desayuno Chely, marce y Luz, SUPER amables y muy eficientes con su trabajo. Todo el tiempo al pendiente de que nada faltara en el servicio del buffet, y cabe destacar que no es el tìpico hotel en donde se empieza a terminar la comida sin resurtir antes de que finalice la hora del buffet, al contrario, cuando levantaban el servicio por la hore de termino siempre habia suficiente comida.
En las tardes, el Chef Diego tambièn siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad de los huespedes.

Cons:

Todo me gusto en el hotel
Solo por poner algo, tal vez la salida de agua de la regadera, pero de verdad muy recomendable este hotel

La ubicación, la limpieza en general de todas las instalaciones, el servicio de cortesía de alimentos y bebidas de 5:00 pm a 7:00 pm. , con muy buena sazón.

Cons:

Que solo estaba funcionando un elevador y era lento el uso del mismo.
