Green Amazon Residence Hotel

It was an outstanding hotel, and I’m going back to Siem Reap. I will be staying at the Green Amazon.

very convenient location with few restaurants and shop. staff are friendly and quick. room was spacious and comfortable

It is a bit far from Siem Reap town but quiet, clean and reasonable price.

最值得稱讚是員工的服務態度，有什麼問題他們會立即行動去解決。房間跟酒店提供的是一模一樣，附近環境是住宅區，所以出外都是坐篤篤離開。

Some of the staff were very helpful and courteous with a sincere warmth in their approach. Some may not have good English skills so they were shy but not short of smiles. The room we got was not fit for a good stay even if it was clean and the room amenities were good. The main issue is that it did not have good ventilation. The window which cannot be opened was frosted glass and the balcony faces the wall of the next 1 meter away building, no view. I suggested to the staff not to rent that room to guests. The food in the restaurant was good but had a long wait for dinner orders to come, even when the restaurant was not even half full.

Está un poco apartado del centro pero es una opción estupenda para ir con niños. Les encantó la piscina, el desayuno está bien y el personal, como siempre en Camboya, es muy amable. Además, contraté con el hotel, un tour de un día por los templos y se portaron muy bien en todo.

Very young staff members,that tried their best but were lacking in training .
Mr Lee in particular the Tuk Tuk driver who took us everywhere was exceptional and very courteous.
The staff were all very nice and very helpful but would benefit from some additional training,this is by no means a detrimental remark upon the staff,but more to the point of improving the quality of the hotel.
We had a full day of activioand. We’re looking forward to a nice relaxing drink only to be informed that the bar was closed at 2200,we are European and expect to be able to discuss our day over a drink after 2200,
all in al, a wonderful pl ace to stay with just a few tweaks required.

Since I reach there it has been a wonderful hotel from the staffs to the facilities..the food and cocktails very great..although it’s away from the city but there is tuk tuk and bicycle available..only down fall is the lock for the room main door and balcony door..they could add another lash from inside so that we cn sleep peacefully knowing it’s secured..

Very nice hotel. Very nice staff. Nice & fancy room with a decorated tub. Very good breakfast. They will pick you up from the airport if you give them arrival flight info which we did not know.
The only minus side is the location. A little bit far from the pub street & night market. You need a Tuk-tuk which will cost $2-3. The shower water is not hot enough sometimes.

We are love to stay in green Amazon hotel the nice room and nice pool. The location is not far just 1$ or walk by short cut road to old mart market. The staff friendly and helpful.,We are extend 2 more nights stay.

The staff are wonderful. They are genuinely friendly and happy people and did everything they could to make my stay perfect.
The facilities are excellent and the room is so modern and comfortable. Great bed, bedding, lighting and the modern bath in the room was so relaxing.
The pool area is modern, large and very relaxing.
The buffet breakfast was wonderful.
If you want to relax in high quality surroundings at a good price, then I highly recommend.

We arrived late in the evening - the initial check in and reception was fine, the facilities seem nice at first - but once we got in the room everything went downhill. The room was full of insects - moths, flies, a baby cockroach on the bed; the floor was filthy; and the bed linen was stained.

We requested another room - which had the same problems. To make things worse, they tried to spray an insecticide around my young daughter.

The manager was completely unhelpful and defensive. In the end we just booked another hotel and left.

Hi, I would love to thank all the crews. The hospitality is the best, greeted with warm towel and juice. I know cambodian are gentle people, they apologized more than 5 times because the hotel representative was late to fetch me at the airport (not their fault though. Coz the immigration took more than 15 minutes for each person. The representative came earlier and waited for more than 1 hour. Anyways thank you).

The room smells so good and it’s spacious. I really like their simple decor. The restaurant is humble. The pool is green clear water, doesnt smell chlorine at all. A bit far from the city centre but they will provide tuk tuk. Phare circus is just 1km away.

Breakfast was good. What you can ask more when it’s complimentary.Well I stayed there for 5 days. and really enjoyed it.

Sorry I’ve misplaced the name of the staff. If I can recall the manager, then you have this lady named Preya (if I’m not mistaken), and the guy that fetched me at the airport, Chamnor? And my tuk tuk driver to Hard Rock Cafe, can’t recall his name.

New facility. Good service. Except far from down town. Overall very good

I’m booked king bed and stay with my lovely wife the room are clean and big the hotel is big landscape. I join breakfast is buffet. I strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Lovely hotel

Helt fantastiskt ställe. Det ligger lite längre bort från staden, men det tycker jag var skönt. Det var tyst och lugnt hela tiden, en skön plats att vila på. Poolen är stor och det finns breda solstolar runtom. De städar två gånger om dagen, och vid varje tillfälle får du en flaska vatten. Finns gratis påfyllning i restaurangen också. Fräsch, rent och nytt överallt. Sängen var bred och otroligt bekväm. Personalen är verkligen genomgoda och jättetrevliga. Maten i restaurangen är också väldigt god, och håller samma prisklass som i staden. Ska definitivt återvända!
