Dieser Hotel ist direk in Eski Mardin alles mit Fus weg erreichbar aussicht war sehr schön von Personal war der Ozan sehr nett und hilfsbreit👍
Zimmern war schön nur bishen mehr auf sauberkeit achten Früchtück war sehr gut was man halt für Früchstück benötig
Sira Gecesi bietet Hotel auch inder Terasse sehr schön man bezahlt für Fix menü aber essen war sehr lecker kurz ferfassen es war 10 von 10👍

Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich und nett
Aussicht war richtig gut

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber
Die möbel fielen Hauseinander(hauptsächlich im Bad waren sie Schränke kaputt WC Knopf war defekt).
Anstatt 2 Doppelbetten war es bloß 1 Doppelbett und ein normales Bett und ein Sessel zum aufklappen.
Frühstück war Mangelhaft und keine Hygiene.
Und keine Parkplätze.

Pros:

The location was excellent.Breakfast was poor and service area was really dirty.

Cons:

As i said the location is amazing.If they use this advantage they can be one of the best hotels in Mardin.Need to spent some money for renovation.

It wasn’t comfortable and the noise was too loud I can’t sleep and the toilet was dirty and toilet bidet don’t work and I expect 4 bed it was 3 bed and one sofa bed make me uncomfortable…..

Chiesto di mettere un dispositivo in freezer per medicine salva vita (detto n volte) a fine soggiorno scopro che era stavo messo in frigo, resto della vacanza rovinato e 420€ di medicinale da buttare
Per non parlare del non servizio, a mala pena il saluto

This hotel was at a great location & had good options to eat, but was very loud at night.
Pros:

I liked the location -- it was very cute, and was in a good location to be able to get the airport shuttle and go to the airport the next morning. It also was situated in a cute town and there were great spots to eat! Also, the calming music in the background of the hotel was great. Good views from the terrace and room too.

Cons:

There was very loud music playing right outside my window late into the night. I had to get up early the next morning and was hoping for a good night's rest, but could not go to sleep until late due to the noise. Also, the trashcan in the bathroom had not been emptied.

Otel çok eski, fotoğraftakilerle alakası yok. Odada ve özellikle banyoda ağır rutubet kokusu vardı. Klimalar çok eski ve kumandaları kırık. Kahvaltısı şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü otel kahvaltısıydı. Yataklar eskimiş lekeli ve çökmüş.

Odaları çok güzel ancak penceleri çok ses geçiriyor, dışarıdaki tüm müzik eğlenceyi duyuyorsunuz. Bu gece 12’ye kadar sürdü ve çok yoğun bir müzik sesi geliyordu. Çok rahatsız edici ancak bunun için ses geçirmeyen camlar konulmamış. Rahat bir şekilde erkenden uyumanız mümkün değil. Kahvaltısı da üç yıldızlı bir otele göre kaliteli ve yeterli değildi.
