На один раз.
Pros:

Отель на главное площади городка, вокруг много ресторанов.

Cons:

Это не старый особняк или замок. Это такой дизайн обычного дома. Причем уже подуставший. Ресторана нет. На баре коктейлей нет, только чистый алкоголь. Мужчин в персонале нет, поэтому чемоданы вам понесут две хрупкие девушки, если вы им позволите.

great location, comfy bed, wonderful baroque rooms and a small spa in the basement.
staff very helpful, 2 free waters per day.

Cons:

breakfest could be better, but ok for us since many good restaurants around so didn't want to spoil lunch/dinner

Pros:

We were given small rooms on the top floor. It was 33C degrees outside, the ceiling was heated by the sun, the rooms were hot, and the air conditioner in the room didn't work, it just made noise.
I asked the girl at the reception to change the rooms we were given to rooms with working air conditioners. After receiving approval, she changed us to larger rooms with high ceilings. Even though the air conditioners weren't working here either, there was more air and it was cooler.
Dining room - very large hall with large round tables.
Food selection is modest but includes enough to not leave hungry. Good coffee.
Close to the hotel are several churches whose bells are constantly ringing.

Perfektan hotel
Pros:

Predivan i prelep hotel na fantasticnoj lokaciji. Jedan od najlepsih hotela u kojim smo boravili. Bajkovit hotel , bajkoviti Karlovci. Preudobni kreveti jako dobar SPA centar. Namestaj je jako uklopljen i deluje prelepo. Osoblje ljubazno. Od pomoci za sva pitanja i objasnjenja. Vraticemo se sigurno.

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je zaista prelep i nadmašio je sva naša očekivanja. Hotel je izuzetno lepo uređen, sa puno pažnje posvećene detaljima, a celokupna atmosfera odiše elegancijom, toplinom i mirom koji savršeno odgovaraju ambijentu Sremskih Karlovaca.
Sobe su prostrane, besprekorno čiste, veoma udobne i moderno opremljene. Krevet je bio izuzetno udoban, a svaki detalj u sobi pažljivo osmišljen kako bi gost imao potpuni komfor tokom boravka. Posebno bih pohvalila čistoću i kvalitet sadržaja u sobi.
Doručak je bio odličan – raznovrstan, svež i veoma kvalitetan, sa velikim izborom hrane za svačiji ukus.
Spa centar je poseban doživljaj i jedno od najlepših mesta u hotelu. Veoma čist, lepo organizovan i idealan za opuštanje nakon dana provedenog u obilasku grada. Atmosfera je mirna i prijatna, pa smo zaista uživali u svakom trenutku provedenom tamo.
Osoblje hotela je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da pomogne, što je dodatno upotpunilo celokupan utisak. Hotel pruža savršen spoj luksuza, udobnosti i gostoprimstva i sigurno ćemo mu se ponovo vratiti. Sve preporuke!
