Pros:

The room was cleaned exceptionally every day. The view from the room to the black sea was spectacular. I loved the balcony. A special mention to the woman working on reception, with dark hair and glasses. She was extremely kind and even (unprompted) arranged for a packed lunch breakfast to be prepared as I was departing early the next day. Thank you!!

Een fijn hotel op een fijne locatie
Pros:

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel en de fijne en comfortabele kamer. Ook de ligging tussen de boulevard en oud Batumi.

Понравилось, что постоянно были на связи, отвечали очень быстро. Гостиница 4 звезды , но это с натяжкой. Расположение , что надо, с 9 этажа было видно море. Ресторан на 13 этаже, шикарный вид, Море хорошо видно . Завтрак хороший, шведский стол. С парковкой помогли. , забили место заранее. В общем достойная гостиница. Но! Я бронировал за пол года и по той цене всё ОК. Но если бронировать за месяц , то цена значительно выше . По такой бы , я уже выбрал бы другую гостиницу. Да, кстати ! Касеты для кофеварки, чай, сахар, шампунь 🧴 добавляют каждый день , уборка тоже каждый день .

Cons:

В номере не достаточно света . С розетками беда. Всего две. Одна занята под кофеварку и телефон . Что бы зарядить телефон, нужно , что то вытаскивать . Зеркало одно маленькое круглое. Мелочи , но это уже не удобства . В 4- х звёздах не должно быть таких не удобств ‼️

!Great value for the price ,prefect place in Batumi

Нормальный отель в центре Батуми. Очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества
Pros:

Рядом со старой частью Батуми. Просторный холл, 2 лифта, ресторан на 13-м этаже с красивым видом на море. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Нам повысили категорию 2-х номеров до люксов. Это был восторг!
Из номеров прекрасный вид.
Удобные матрасы и по 2 подушки на человека, разного калибра.

Есть что-то типа парковки, стоят фишечки возле обочины.
По моей заявке отель забронировал нам одно место для нашего минивэна. Приветливый охранник помог с парковкой и багажом.
По моей просьбе предоставили утюг.
Уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Только одно неприятное происшествие. Мы уехали с парковки на экскурсию, просили не занимать парковочное место. На смене уже был другой охранник, очень неприветливый мужчина. Когда вернулись - место было занято другой машиной. Пришлось немного поругаться, и место нам нашли.
Мебель немного ушатанная, но не критично. Зато все чисто и опрятно

Pros:

Изначально номер не соответствовал выбранному: не было вида на море. Но администратор решил эту проблему и на следующий день нам поменяли номер. Вечером в новом номере нас ждали две большие тарелки с фруктами и ягодами в качестве извинений. Это было очень приятно. Большой выбор на завтрак. Очень вежливые официанты. Бесплатный бильярд на последнем этаже. Отлично работают кондиционеры.

Электронный замок двери пару раз выходил из строя.
