Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Valet-Service für das Auto hat ebenfalls bestens funktioniert. Alles war perfekt – wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel zu 100%! ❤️

Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Le tarif lié au parking ne nous a pas été communiqué en amont, pas cher mais l’information ne nous a pas été transmise. De plus, on nous a fait part d’une soirée au restaurant de l’hôtel, menu faible et emplacement au dos des chanteurs au vu du prix par personne pas raisonnable du tout. Nous regrettons la soirée. Les portes en bois de l’hôtel ont claqué toute la matinée car vent fort, peut être était-il possible d’éviter cela ?

Maridin Hotel’de konaklama deneyimimiz oldukça keyifli geçti. Otelin konumu Mardin’i gezmek için ideal; hem manzarası hem de şehre yakınlığı büyük avantaj sağlıyor.

Personelin ilgisi ve sundukları profesyonel hizmet konaklamayı çok daha özel hale getirdi. Odaların temizliği, otelin atmosferi ve özellikle kahvaltı gerçekten çok başarılıydı; çeşitlilik ve lezzet açısından beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

Mardin’e tekrar geldiğimizde tercihimiz yine burası olacak. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Prachtig hotel midden in het oude Mardin met fijne service. Heerlijk eten in het prachtige buiten restaurant

Cons:

De kamers aan hebben prachtig uitzicht over de vlaktes richting Syrië, maar deze hebben ook het lawaai van het restaurant dat net buiten je raam is. Zeker als er muzikanten optreden kan dat tot laat duren en je uit je slaap houden.

Mardin Old City is a fascinating place, and is certainly worth visiting.
Cons:

This hotel has not aged well, and indeed is quite shabby.
I was initially checked into a quite inappropriate room, and was fortunately given a better room without any hassle.
The wifi in my room was sporadic (which may be a reflection on the stone walls of the building). However it was a genuine nuisance, and given the room rate, was disappointing.

Surprenant au début mais avec le temps appréciation de l’hôtel

Localisation au centre de la vieille ville , beauté de l’hôtel , beauté de la vue

Cons:

Le personnel bien qu’aux petits soins ne parlait pas anglais ni français. Difficile donc de se faire comprendre. Heureusement que nous avons eu la chance d’avoir Diar qui parlait anglais et qui nous a aidé tout au long du séjour.
Musique la nuit jusqu’à 23:00 car l’hôtel fait restaurant avec chanteurs tous les soirs ce qui nous a surpris car plusieurs chambres donnent directement sur la terrasse où a lieu la soirée. On s’habitue au fil des jours.
