الفندق تاريخي بالدرجة الأولى يقع في المدينة القديمة. موظفو الاستقبال يشكرون على حسن التعامل.

Cons:

الذي لا يستطيع نزول و طلوع الدرجة بسلاسة سيكون لديه مشكلة حقيقية! الغرفة لا يوجد فيها تلفون للتواصل مع قسم الاستقبال رغم بعد المسافة و عدم وجود مصعد و صعوبة طلوع الدرج و النزول.

Perfect location and fantastic staff.
Pros:

Beautiful view. Great big rooms. Few stairs to get to property because its right by the road. The staff were so helpfull and nice to us. Special mentions the staff at the reception and Ahmet. Show every evening with music. Great food.

Cons:

Τα έπιπλα στα δωμάτια θέλουν όλα φτιάξιμο διότι είναι φθαρμένα !! Η θέρμανση ανεπαρκής, το μπιστολακι δεν λειτουργούσε !!

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Valet-Service für das Auto hat ebenfalls bestens funktioniert. Alles war perfekt – wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel zu 100%! ❤️

Le tarif lié au parking ne nous a pas été communiqué en amont, pas cher mais l’information ne nous a pas été transmise. De plus, on nous a fait part d’une soirée au restaurant de l’hôtel, menu faible et emplacement au dos des chanteurs au vu du prix par personne pas raisonnable du tout. Nous regrettons la soirée. Les portes en bois de l’hôtel ont claqué toute la matinée car vent fort, peut être était-il possible d’éviter cela ?

Maridin Hotel’de konaklama deneyimimiz oldukça keyifli geçti. Otelin konumu Mardin’i gezmek için ideal; hem manzarası hem de şehre yakınlığı büyük avantaj sağlıyor.

Personelin ilgisi ve sundukları profesyonel hizmet konaklamayı çok daha özel hale getirdi. Odaların temizliği, otelin atmosferi ve özellikle kahvaltı gerçekten çok başarılıydı; çeşitlilik ve lezzet açısından beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

Mardin’e tekrar geldiğimizde tercihimiz yine burası olacak. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Prachtig hotel midden in het oude Mardin met fijne service. Heerlijk eten in het prachtige buiten restaurant

Cons:

De kamers aan hebben prachtig uitzicht over de vlaktes richting Syrië, maar deze hebben ook het lawaai van het restaurant dat net buiten je raam is. Zeker als er muzikanten optreden kan dat tot laat duren en je uit je slaap houden.

Mardin Old City is a fascinating place, and is certainly worth visiting.
Cons:

This hotel has not aged well, and indeed is quite shabby.
I was initially checked into a quite inappropriate room, and was fortunately given a better room without any hassle.
The wifi in my room was sporadic (which may be a reflection on the stone walls of the building). However it was a genuine nuisance, and given the room rate, was disappointing.
