Hôtel correct pour court séjour ou de passage
Pros:

Parking gratuit, propreté, hôtel situé dans une zone calme loin du brouhaha touristique. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Chambres mal insonorisées. Il est possible d’entendre la chambre voisine.
Hotel un peu vieillot et dans son jus.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the beach, bus stops, including the airport shuttle stop from Palermo Airport, as well as shops. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed having a swimming pool at the hotel.
Another big advantage is that the hotel provides plenty of beach umbrellas that guests can take to the beach free of charge. This was very convenient and meant we didn’t have to buy our own.

Cons:

There was no proper place in the room to dry clothes or towels, not even a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Our room faced the inner courtyard, and the window itself was positioned to the side, behind a wall. As a result, there was very little natural daylight in the room, and we had to keep the lights on even during the day.
The wardrobe was quite old and had no shelves, which made it difficult to store our clothes, so we had to keep most of our things in our suitcases throughout the stay.
There was also no kettle or cups in the room, which was inconvenient.
Breakfast was generally quite good, but the selection of vegetables was very limited. The only options were cooked zucchini and a whole tomato, so a little more variety would have been appreciated.

Trop cher pour l’état de l’hôtel. 250€ pour une chambre triple.
Pros:

Salle du petit déjeuner avec un choix assez varié. Le plongeoir dans la piscine pour les enfants.
A 10 minutes à pied du centre.

Cons:

Chambre et piscine vieille. Ascenseur qui fait peur.

Although it only takes a short walk to reach the beach, the pavement is broken and dirty. It's not the hotel's fault, but it takes a few days to get used to it.
