Tento hotel spíš nedoporučuju za tuto cenu seženete mnohem hezčí hotel.

Co se mi líbilo na ubytování byla rozhodně snídaně a dostupnost do centra

Cons:

Od příchodu do hotelu byly na recepci všichni protivní a neochotní. Pro příklad zeptal jsem se an prádelnu která je součástí hotelu a řekli mi ať si to zjistím sám že to není jejich práce. Od příchodu do pokoje koupelna špinavá,plesnivá a dveře se neustale otevíraly. Po 3 dnech jsme zjistili že nám nefunguje zámek od pokoje a po zavření dveří šli normálně otevřít. (Doporučuju dát si věci do trezoru). Dále záchody u bazénu špatně splachovaly . Fén v koupelně po zapojení začal smrdět jako by se pálil. Zdi na pokoji jsou papírové slyšeli jsme i třeba to jak pán z vedlejšího pokoje píše někomu zprávu.

Great location, amazing pool and beach access—highly recommended for a Chaweng stay.
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 night in Chaweng and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, right in the heart of the happening area. Just walking out of the hotel gives you access to plenty of restaurants and bars, with tuk-tuks readily available. The night market is just across the road, and there’s also a 7-Eleven right opposite the main entrance.

The swimming pool is amazing, and the beach access from the hotel is also great. The beach was quite busy, but the atmosphere was decent and pleasant, with mostly tourists around.

Breakfast was not wow, but it was okay and had enough choices.

The only thing I didn’t really like was the check-in experience. The staff at reception came across as quite rude and unfriendly. It may simply be their communication style or tone, but I feel the welcome experience could be improved with a warmer smile and friendlier approach. In all the hotels we stayed at during this trip, this was the only one where we experienced this kind of attitude from the front desk.

Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, pool and beach access make this a very convenient choice in Chaweng. Highly recommended!
