this is my second time here its value for money and i will be back
Pros:

the rooms are large and comfortable

Cons:

the bath tub , no shower option , getting in and out of the bath as you get older is a bit tricky

Pros:

Отель превзошел ожидания. Идеален для тех кто ищет тихий спокойный отдых. Не понимаю плохие отзывы, для Шри Ланки этот отель цена/качество оправданы. Большой номер, и мой коврик для йоги идеально подошел к интерьеру😁. Все необходимое есть:чайник, чай, кружки, холодильник, полный комплект полотенец. Вид из номера на 3м этаже просто офигенный.
Ресторан в отеле за неделю не надоел. Готовят вкусно, хотя меню не сильно разнообразное.
Бассейн 25м,можно нормально поплавать. Аншлага в отеле в мои даты не было, наслаждалась обилием лежаков и одиночеством в бассейне.
Персонал очень френдли и отзывается на все пожелания прям сразу.
Я и сейчас еще здесь, по причине отмены рейса сделала новую бронь, да не за етила разницы в категориях номеров. Забронировала оказалось "релакс рум", а была в "премиум" Пришлось переехатьв соседний номер, из 306 в 305 за стенкой. Разница между ними в том, что в 306 ванна, в 305 душ. Я других отличий не вижу🤷🏻‍♀️
Кто-то в отзывах жаловался на грязь. Я бы сказала наоборот, оч чисто в номере, чище чем в предыдущих моих отелях на Шри. Занимаясь йогой на полу это можешь оценить😉

Cons:

Мне это неважно, но надо знать, что перед отелем риф и прям напротив отеля покупаться не получиться, 300м налево и напротив Шератона уже ок.
Но и если вы бегаете, то бегать только по дороге, она одна единственная, и на ней достаточно активное движение. Вечером анриал, очень много транспорта и оч он коптит.

My 99% satisfied honeymoon stay!
Pros:

Everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly. They took care of us exceptionally. The ocean view was awesome. Serenity at it's best! We highly recommend everyone to go specifically for a 3rd floor room as it gives a full 180 degree unobstructed view of the southern coastline and the sea.

P.s- We came in to spend our honeymoon and we let them know ahead about that and they took care of that by sending in a complimentary choc'lit cake! How thoughtful was that?! Thanks The Habitat, yall were awesome!

Cons:

There's only one negative for me to say as my stay was exceptionally good. The negative is the portion size of the food ordered through the room service. While it was great tasting and came with a nice presentation, the portion was barely enough for a single person. Now mind you, we ordered almost all the main dishes from the rice and spaghetti/pasta menus and the rice portion sizes were the most underwhelming. Other than that, it was all good, baby!

I got the full board. But food wasn't worth for that money. Normally Sri Lankans food is good

- das Personal war sehr langsam, mussten jeden Morgen eine Stunde auf unser Frühstück warten, bestellter Cappuccino kam nach 20 Minuten
- das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich um keine der Belange ernsthaft gekümmert
- absolute Verarsche und Ausbeute der Hotelgäste durch das „Reise- und Taxiunternehmen“, beinahe mafiöse Machenschaften, dem Hotelmanager und dem Sicherheitspersonal ist es egal, wenn zwei junge Frauen abends alleine, statt mit gebuchten Taxi ins Hotel zurück kommen

Номера шикарные большие и с видом на океан

Cons:

Завтраки отвратительные, выбора блюд вообще нет никакого, овощей за 10 дней пребывания ни разу не было. Пляжа нет у отеля. Надо идти 1 км до Шератона, там хороший пляж

Friendly staff. They took great care of us in every way. Thank you very much for making our holiday perfect and peaceful.

I don’t know the names of the chef and the general manager, but they and their team really looked after us. This is one of the best places to enjoy a calm and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

Информация для хозяйна отеля! Закрывайте и делайте ремонт! В этом отеле можно поблагодарить только любезный персонал!
Pros:

Самое хорошее, что есть в этом отеле- это персонал, стараются сделать все возможное для тебя! Также повар хорош, еда отличная в ресторане!

Cons:

Отель на фото выглядел шикарно, но на данный момент он просто в ужасном состоянии! Ему срочно требуется капитальный ремонт! Номер меняли 3 раза из за разных причин. В первом номере шумер кондиционер и не работал телевизор, во втором номере не уходила вода в раковине, туалет шатался, кондиционер тек, в результате упал потолок! После нас переселили в люкс, но и тут не все так здорова! Матрас был уже продавлен, вода в душе не уходила, а растекалась по всему полу, занавески просто порваны. Зато вид с балкона отличный.
