I had such a beautiful stay. The hotel kindly upgraded my room, which made everything feel even more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I was truly touched by the honesty of the housekeeping staff—when I accidentally dropped money under the bed, they carefully kept it safe for me. That meant a lot.

В целом понравилось абсолютно все! При заселении нам предложили номер в другом корпусе (их у отеля аж три), а дальнем. Я была с ребенком, это не было удобно ходить на завтрак в другой корпус, и я попросила что-то с этим сделать. Нам дали семейный номер, повысив категорию, без доплат. Молодцы! Клиентоориентированы! В номере не работал кондиционер на тепло (сломалась центральная система, такое бывает, все понимаю). Оперативно вызвали мастера, на ночь принесли электрический обогреватель. Через ночь все починили :) Завтраки адекватные, просто как перекус вполне себе. Внизу бар - там можно безоплатно поиграть в дартс. Отель брали, чтоб пешком дойти до Консульства РФ. Прекрасное расположение.

Cons:

Музыка из база на первом этаже играет громкая до 12 ночи. Иногда позже - тогда я просила сделать потише. Если вы рано ложитесь спать - берите номер в другом корпусе или на 3 этаже. Некритично.
