Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, das Apartment war sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, und Strände sowie ein Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Balagne zu erkunden. Besonders schön fanden wir auch den gepflegt angelegten Pool.

Cons:

Bei genauerem Hinsehen wäre etwas mehr Sauberkeit wünschenswert gewesen. Die Schränke wirkten länger nicht mehr ausgewischt, und im Bad sowie in der Toilette gab es an der Decke leichte Spuren von Schimmel.

Een oase van rust en ruimte met prachtig zwembad, op 10 minuten van Ile Rousse.
Pros:

Wat een plek! Je waant je ver buiten alle toeristische drukte en toch heel centraal, vlak bij allerlei leuke dorpjes, valleien, Cap Corse etc. En: de ferry is maar 10 minuten rijden!
Wij kregen een upgrade naar een iets groter appartement dan we hadden geboekt, iets verder van het zwembad met een groot privé-terras en veel schaduw. Daar gaat onze review dus over.
Prima ingericht, compleet, goed bed (1m80 bij 2m00), volledige keuken, goede maar wat smalle badkamer. En een zeer betrokken en vriendelijke eigenaar. Hij is niet altijd aanwezig maar wel goed bereikbaar en zeer servicegericht (zelfs 's avonds een elektriciteitsprobleempje opgelost).
Het zwembad is erg leuk en origineel aangelegd: de foto's op Booking geven een realistisch beeld. Het lijkt net een zandstrand met het typische Corsicaanse azuurblauwe water.
Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein met zelfs 230V-aansluitingen voor het opladen van elektrische auto's (breng wel je eigen thuislader mee).
Uitstekende uitvalsbasis en het terrein zelf nodigt ook echt uit om gewoon een dagje bij het zwembad te relaxen.

Pros:

L'Alivi est une petite résidence très calme et excellemment bien entretenue. Mathieu et son père vous réservent toujours un très bel accueil, avec en prime quelques excellents biscuits au cédra, tomates, basilic et autres légumes du jardin.
Les appartements sont très bien équipés, la literie confortable. Buanderie disponible si appartement non équipé de lave linge. La piscine "lagon" est vraiment très agréable, en sein d'un environnement paysager très soigné.
La résidence est très bien située, et permet de rejoindre très rapidement des plages splendides, des villages de caractère ou encore des vallées montagneuses abritant de magnifiques rivières.
Mathieu est extrêmement sympathique et toujours très attentif au confort de ses clients.
C'est une adresse à laquelle on revient toujours sans hésiter et pour notre plus grand plaisir.

Kleine Oase in der Nähe von L‘ Ile-Rousse
Pros:

Wunderschöne, kleine Ferienanlage fernab vom Trubel. Wir hatten eine tolle Wohnung mit einer super Zimmeraufteilung und einer großen Terrasse.
Der Pool ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. In 10 min ist man mit dem Auto bei einem tollen Strand, in 15 min in L‘Ile-Rousse und in 5 min beim Spar! Es war ein grandioser Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Nichts! Es war alles super!
