My go-to in Leon
Pros:

Very good hotel. Beautiful grounds and building. Close to Cathedral, bars, and restaurants. Workers are very helpful and attentive. Quick laundry service. This was my second stay here and I will return when I come back to Leon.

Wonderful hotel also doubling as a museum 🙂
Pros:

This is more than a hotel. It's a hotel in a museum or a museum in a hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful garden, corridors filled with historical exhibits - don't miss the art work showing an angel breast-feeding babies! Very nice staff. Restaurant with A/C is a rarity in the city. TV screen showing world cup matches. It was wonderful.

Cons:

Room A/C made a bit unpleasant noises and leaked water.

The real deal
Pros:

This hotel is delightful. Authentic with a lovely court yard, a refreshing pool, lovely staff and comfortable rooms . Right in the center of it all. There was always bottled water in the room and a yummy breakfast included to start your day. True respite in the underrated and wonderful town of Leon.

Excelente atención desde el momento de llegada hasta nuestra salida. La atención del personal de calidad, la habitación con gran comodidad y la limpieza de primera. Sin duda alguna recomendaría el hotel y en un próximo viaje a León volvería a este hotel, recomendado!!

Beautiful colonial style hotel
Pros:

Colonial style building with a beautiful and well-kept garden in the middle. Peaceful and quiet as a nice contrast to the streets that can be loud. Pleasant air temperature. Very clean. Comfortable beds. It has a gym, which is a big plus for me.

Beautiful hotel in good location
Pros:

The room was a great size with a very comfy bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food. It has a really nice pool, tucked away. Plus it’s a really good location for the centre

Cons:

We had quite a noisy room on the corner of two streets. Having said that, we slept well as we had just walked up a volcano, but it could disturb light sleepers

Pros:

Las personas son muy amables , profesionales y de gran calidad en todos los sentidos de la palabra .
Para mí son las mejores, así es que bravo y estoy muy agradecida con cada uno/a

Cons:

La restauración ha desmejorado .
El desayuno algunas veces frío , hacen falta ciertas cosas básicas como yogures o cereales y otras bebidas calientes . Las carnes en varias ocasiones me las han servido duras . Sin embargo el personal es muy amable solo que me parece que al mencionarles que no está bien la carne , no hacen ningún gesto comercial cambiándola o simplemente no tomar en cuenta el precio . He dejado mi carne varias veces y solamente una vez me ofrecieron el postre .

Clean and Comfortable. Close to Areas of Interest
Pros:

This hotel is an old convent that was converted to a hotel. It's located close to tourist areas of interest. The grounds are well kept. The rooms are spacious, but very basic. The air conditioning had difficulty keeping up with the heat, so the room was quite warm most of the time. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room, but it was very basic buffet food.

Limpio, ordenado y en un edificio hermoso, con arte y cultura. El personal amable.

Cons:

Puede mejorar la entrada al parqueo, había un camion enfrente y cuesta meter el carro cuando es grande.

Very nice, relaxing, and safe!
Pros:

Location is just right! The lovely courtyard makes for a lovely with Breakfast. The staff so friendly, and helpful.
