We went for a girls weekend of fun. Location was great and walking distance to everything.

Nicely located in the center of Leon
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in historic center. Large rooms around the patio (ours was quiet as facing the patio) and nicely decorated common areas. Small pool that we didn’t use but rather drove to the nearby beach.
The hotel very kindly offered free passes for the nearby art museum - a must see!

Cons:

Breakfast was quite disappointing. Limited offer and look warm food — but we survived 😉

Excelente instalaciones generales , habitaciones, personal limpieza y de recepción.
El silencio y tranquilidad que se respira en todo el hotel.
Recomendable para quien busque paz y tranquilidad.

Cons:

Falta de profesionalidad del personal restaurante. No atiendes ni sirven correctamente de acuerdo a la categoría del hotel.

Mooi en comfortabel hotel in centrum Léon
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel met nog mooiere tuin in het centrum van Léon. Kamer is ruim en koel, wat erg fijn is een hete stad zoals Léon.

Cons:

Ontbijt was karig en viel tegen, ondanks de positieve recensies. Broodjes waren oud, werden niet aangevuld (gasten moesten hier meermaals om vragen) Bediening is nauwelijks zichtbaar.

Great location and a little green oasis in the middle of Leon. Good sized room, excellent breakfast and an interesting collection of antiques spread throughout the premises

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel El Convento and I highly recommend staying there.
Pros:

The courtyard garden, hallways, sitting areas and pool are all inviting with plenty of art and antiques. Service is excellent starting with reception through to the restaurant and housekeeping. Our courtyard-facing room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast overlooking the courtyard garden is good. The hotel is situated in the center of town just steps away from Leon’s many interesting sites and good restaurants.

Pool quite small. Also they have a lot of events at weekends, which meant the communal areas werexa no go. Our rom remained quiet though.

Le soir de notre arrivée était organisé un évènement privé pour une fête d'anniversaire qui a duré jusqu'à 1h du matin avec énormément de bruit également dans les couloirs .. effets de la fête je pense ... Donc compliqué de dormir correctement
