Not happy with the stay.
Pros:

The pictures do not show the route to the hotel which is very dark and unkempt. The resorts pictures are very different from the real scenario of the resorts.

Wouldn't send my enemies here
Pros:

Dont even think about staying here. We left promptly after checking in. Stains on the bed and mattress, fridge was full of mold, spiders and insects in and under the bed, dried urine on the toilet. Non-functioning swimming pool full of debris and rubbish. We told the guy checking out to keep the money, start upgrading the facility and call us a cab. The place was just plain dirty.

Nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood
Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean, proximate to the beach. Very good value for the price paid.

Pros:

No one to address issues at frontdesk. pool was closed from 6pm to 9am, and said thats its a law to keep pool closed in the evening in goa, however I found really good hotel nearby where pool was open. these people need to learn how to greet people and server them, we are paying money. Stay away from this property.
