Super OYO 1214 Oro Hotel

Right in the Kluang centre, few minitues walk to Kluang mall and many eateries. Hotel is clean and no fuss for the price paid per night.

The hotel is quite clean~ just that it is near to KTV and clubs and we stayed during halloween session~ way too noisy to sleep.

I like this hotel bcoz, convenient...
I dislike this hotel about the bed sheet,I think...the bed sheet not proper clean...my body was itchy

Hotel to provide shower cap and not good is in 2nd floor, have to claim up the stair case. Queen side bed can sink. Hotel price compare to other OYO hotel more expensive.

Good price, clean and comfy. Grumpy staff though.

Pros: Low rates for a night stay, close to the mall, provides 2hr carpark coupon for each room.
Cons: TV was not working. Door can’t close. Ants on the bed. Not able to differentiate which booking has windows and which booking is without window. Be greeted by a flight of stairs at the ground floor. Climb to 1st floor for the reception counter and to 2nd floor for deluxe king room. No elevators (not recommended for elderly).

Very basic accommodation. Pros: aircon and TV. Cons: no hot water, only 1 pillow which was too hard.

Reception and management were not helpful with a booking mistake for my friends reservation. They double booked him and did not have a room for him. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge him for extra bedding to share one of our rooms.

It's a good location budget hotel. Not suitable for elderly as there is no elavator to level 1 & 2 of hotel rooms. Room is clean. Toiletries is only bath gel dispenser. Receptionists are helpful. Will come back for the easy access to the eateries.

Red ants infestation!!!! All over the place, kept me awake all night because I was bitten multiple times.

When I told the counter guy, he even said ants before I did. So, must be a known problem. Pay a few bucks more and stay at a better hotel.

there was no room service/cleaning as we stay there should be done.

Apart from conveniently located, room does not have window and bedsheet has stain. Stay was not comfortable.

It says 2.5star hotel in Hotels.com, but the service and quality is really much more 3.5 Star. Good clean rooms with a comfy bed and a mini fridge to store your beers. The shower and toilet facility is adequate although the rooms do not come with toiletries. For a small town like Kluang the hotel is actually quite reasonably priced. The service is very friendly and homely, possibly run as a family business. Oro Hotel! my wife and I are coming back!!

It's a very good location to stay, u can walk to anywhere ie kluang mall, railway coffee etc. Overall condition is still in good at this moment.

Hotel has the best location advantage if you do not drive in the town. 2 mins walk to most of the famous malls and famous food stores.
Only thing I think owner wish to improve is to give the smoking room only to smokers. As a non smoker, i do not like to live in a room with ash tray.

Simple and sufficient. Air conditioning can be a little weak during day time but nights are okay.
