Аккуратные номера и отличная работа персонала.
На завтрак много разной еды, а есть нечего. Вот такой парадокс.
Best ocean view
The electronic system was bad for our room. We stayed there 4 days but 3/4 of them we experienced not-good electronic system. However, the technical staff and receptionist were supper supportive so we did not feel bad about the services here.

На завтраке маленький выбор, не было сыра.
Проблема с лежаками. Хоть и дают бумажку на бесплатные лежаки, не точно ,что они будут. В наше пребывание нам приходилось брать платные, так как бесплатные были все заняты. Между пляжем и гостиницей могла бы быть связь.
We had the most amazing stay at the Queen Ann. We were upgraded with no extra cost to the suit on 26th floor. The room is extremely comfortable and well equipped with fantastic views of the sea front. The staff are all very friendly and professional.
The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices including an egg station.

My only complaint was in the gym. Some of the exercises equipment is not fit for purpose. The cross-trainer and exercise bike are in usable (easy fix) there is no water station and no towels or cleaning facilities. Again an easy quick fix.
Apart from that we could not fault the hotel
It had an amazing view of the ocean & area, the rooftop bar with an excellent view was a great place to go for afternoon cocktails!
Breakfast : lots of choices and tasty.
Its location. I didnt realised when I booked this hotel but it is located quite far end of the city (more like the beginning of the city maybe). All the good restaurants were located at the centre so we had to take a taxi to get there. Its location can be considered as convenient when getting to vin wonders or any day trip outside of the city because you are the last person to get picked up and first person to get off.
I don’t know if I would say that this is what I didn’t like about the hotel but really literally I was the only non-russian staying at this hotel.

Zimna woda w basenie, na każdym kroku sprawdzana karta, personel nie pozwolił skorzystać z leżaka na plaży o godzinie 13 bo check in o 14… checkout trwal 20 min bo tyle czasu sprawdzali ile rzeczy wykorzystaliśmy z mini barka (mimo że w ogóle nie korzystaliśmy)

Бассейн в январе был холодным.
В номере в первый день были фрукты и свежие цветы. Нам мешал стеклянный стол, так как у нас «бешеный четырехлетка», и хоть это было сложно для персонала технически, его все таки убрали в первый же день. Хороший ресторан с адекватным ценником. Завтраки в целом нормальные, но ассортимент маловат и кофе не из машины. Расположение хорошее. В целом, остановились бы еще.
Хорошее расположение чуть отдаленно от всей нячангской суеты в конце, шикарный вид из номера на море, в т.ч и из ванны. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. В номере все было

Великолепный прямой вид на море. У нас был номер 2307. Жалко было уезжать. Буду в Нячанг - только тут буду жить. Супер завтрак с очень вкусным фо бо. На пляже всегда были лежаки. Персонал вежливый, все быстро решали. Я долго выбирала отель и осталась в восторге. Локация супер - все рядом. Просто жить тут и видеть с балкона такой вид каждый день - уже отдых. Здорово, что на балконе есть лежак и реально удобные кресла. Ещё у меня был др - поздравили, подарили торт - очень мило)
Вай фай не работать стабильно. Если бы мне надо было проводить созвоны по работе - была бы проблема. Для скроллинга соц сетей ок, но для стабильной работы без перебоев - нет.
Перед поездкой очень тщательно подбирали отель. По всем критериям подошёл именно этот. И наши надежды на замечательный отдых оправдались. Нас встретили в аэропорту с табличкой. Заселение было очень быстрым. В качестве бонуса бесплатно поменяли категорию номера на более высокую. Очень вежливый персонал, замечательные завтраки на любой вкус, разнообразие фруктов. Приятно выпить кофе (или чай) с 15 до 17 на самом верхнем этаже, любуясь видом на все побережье. Обилие кафе, ресторанов, магазинов вокруг. Отель предоставляет ваучер на выбор: ресторан или спа-салон. Уборка, смена белья, полотенец, пополнение предметов гигиены-все на высшем уровне. Надеемся в следующий приезд остановиться именно здесь.
