Niente:per migliorare deve aumentare i prezzi, eseguire lavori costosi e inutili,così invece è abbordabile e a prezzi comunque non bassi.

Pros:

Easy to find. Very traditional Tuscan Hotel, but with lots of hot water and abundant electrical outlets. Fast wifi. The town itself had wonderful bars and restaurants.

Pros:

Die freundliche und hilfsbereiten Personen die hier tätig waren. Wir wurden zum Bahnhof gebracht und Abends wieder abgeholt. Als weiteres wurden wir über die Restaurants in San Piero sehr gut informiert.

Cons:

Die Heizung, da wir im Januar da waren.
Es gab nur eine Heizung die warme Luft im Raum verströmte die aber nicht das Bad erwärmte.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo. Professionalità staff. Prima colazione. Kit di cortesia in stanza. Aree comuni. Pulizia e dimensioni stanza. Ubicazione e vista discreta sul verde.

Che gelo!
Pros:

La cosa migliore è la cortesia dei proprietari. Su questo non c'è proprio nulla da dire. Buona anche la colazione, soprattutto per i dolci fatti in casa.

Cons:

La struttura non è fatta per essere usata d'inverno. Non è riscaldata centralmente. I corridoi sono gelidi. Le camere (ma non i bagni) vengono riscaldati con i termoconvettore, che riscaldano l'aria, ma non i letti e i muri. Noi ci siamo ammalati. D'estate probabilmente è diverso. Ma d'inverno no. Mai più.
