Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption!

Cons:

Es war viel zu laut !!!

Nachtruhe gleich null,
da Zimmer über dem Hoteleingang und zur Bahnstrecke ausgerichtet war!

Außerdem oft starken Motorad- und Autolärm!

Dusche im Zimmer auch nicht jedermanns/frau Ding!!

Für 2 Nächte war es akzeptabel.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Ich war bereits in Hamburg und Köln und hatte entsprechende Erwartungen. Diese sind leider überhaupt nicht erfüllt worden. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es roch nach Abfluss und richtig sauber war das Zimmer leider auch nicht.

Toller Ausblick aus dem Restaurant und der Bar! Beim nächsten Mal gerne ein Zimmer in Richtung Stadt. :)

Keine Musik in der Sauna.

Modernes Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre und super netten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Modernes Konzept. Schöne Zimmer mit Top-Aussicht und außergewöhnlicher Einrichtung, auf jeden Fall sehr individuell.
Großartiger Restaurant- und Barbereich mit grandiosem Ausblick aus dem 16. und 17. OG.
Super freundliches Personal, das auch zu Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück immer aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich bleibt.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer mit dem offenen Bad-Bereich ist zwar sehr nett und außergewöhnlich. Ein Handtuchhalter wäre aber wünschenswert gewesen.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Klimaanlage, Tiefgarage, sehr sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Zimmer

Cons:

Zu wenig freie verfügbare Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage
